I used to listen to a lot of his shit. Also Let's Read and Mr. Nightmare. But 90% of it is Redditfag fantasy so I stopped listening. I did kind of wonder what some of these goobers looked like.

The problem that comes with having an anonymous persona in the public eye is that people will always want to dox you. I’d rather post in my own name and risk being a-logged about rather than have years of anonymity I worked hard to achieve ruined because of people’s curiosity.

The only thing that sets him apart is once in a while he'll have some pictures/video/audio to go along with some of his narrations. He also seems to have gone through puberty or at least his testicles dropped some time in his career since his voice seemed to get a lot deeper.

He really did play with fire here. He says he's paranoid about people finding him...but then constantly talked about himself, his life, his illnesses, and would share things like random body part/hair pics.

If you did not want to be found, at all, but you wanted to be "famous" - you wouldn't leave any traces. No real life talk at all.

I'm also a little confused how anyone is shocked that he doesn't look like a hot, tall, lanky but muscly goth boy. He admitted he rarely goes out in public, he drinks a lot, he eats terribly, he's sickly, and he cuts up his body/face and hates how he looks. Like that's a perfect recipe for a little dough boy....

Yes I agree with most of this. If you want to be entirely anonymous you literally cannot interact at all. He should have stuck to his music & not revealed anything. Every bit of information can be used to build an image of you.
It sucks that privacy in today’s society is difficult to achieve and often thwarted by lack of parental guidance & too much internet access, but I somehow can’t really understand how one would want to be an influencer & anonymous. Either interact with your fans as you, or don’t. The reason all these e-girls thought he’d be a 6ft tall goth male model with tattoos is because he presents himself that way through small hints, he knows his fans will use these hints and create an image in their heads of their goth dream boy, in truth, he’s a marketing genius.
Fan girls aren’t realistic or logical, they’re love pilled & celebrity crush pilled.
