Yep, this seems to indicate that Clem has no negative (or less negative) feelings towards him, which didn't use to be like that.He addresses @ILoveMylarBalloons at the 0:30 mark![]()

Clem has an enabler that is willing to give him far too much stuff. Actually some quite decent audio equipment, with a MiniDisc recorder that could make MylarBalloonFan jealous.

Unwillingness to paint or clean, I guess. He did state in a comment he will tackle painting his wall this summer... I don't expect much, honestly.God, his wall is disgusting. How does it even get like that?
Clem fixes his monitor.
I have to give Clem credit for actually taking it apart and fixing it.
Most people would just toss it into the trash.
Now, how much time did he waste on that? It just shows how easily you can piss him off. And I will continue, if I get more of these videos.
Well, the CoolDudeClem is a Lolcow channel is mine
Has Clem had a job in his life?
No.
Basically school to benefits.
This would also mean that he's been on the dole for over a decade.
The Jobcentre generally demands that people without occupation apply for XX jobs every month, but this doesn't apply to Clement because he is on disability.
The thing is: Clem could actually hold a job, he is articulate and seems fairly sensible (way more fiscally responsible than other lolcows) so getting a job as a store clerk or at a fast-food place would be manageable.
You can earn a certain amount in addition to your disability without any repercussions.
Clem fucked up his camcorder because instead of spending a few bucks on a new battery, he rigged up a homemade power adapter and severely overvolted it.

That would actually be pretty clever if he was. . .well, competent. I was actually impressed until he started showing how hard he fried that poor camcorder. "I thought it wasn't putting out enough voltage because it wasn't turning on." Despite the fact that it was hot? I don't know jackshit about this stuff, but isn't that a pretty big indication that something's getting too much power? I mean, electronics warm up, yeah, but that battery pack port looked like it had started to melt. You know, if you're going to the trouble of putting together a voltage regulator circuit, it's not that difficult to do a competent job. Use a piece of perfboard, decent wiring, an enclosure, etc. Or if you're lazy and don't care at all about serviceability, cover everything with hot glue. The point is that if you don't want to ruin something, it's kind of important that the circuit stays intact.

This is what he built. The output voltage Vout is adjusted to maintain a constant 1.25V on the ADJ pin. If a solder joint or component lead breaks due to shitty, unprotected point to point wiring and R1 is removed from the circuit, the voltage at ADJ drops to zero and Vout goes to maximum (slightly less than Vin), thus frying the camcorder.
Edit: I know it's not important and no one's even going to read this, but I'm a little bit wrong here. The 1.25V reference voltage is with respect to Vout rather than ground (which of course wouldn't make any sense because the LM317 doesn't have a ground terminal). The ADJ pin is 1.25V lower than Vout. This means that it was actually R2 (the potentiometer) that came disconnected rather than R1.
I'm honestly surprised he hasn't yet. RIP camcorder & Clem's bed, we will never forget your sacrifices. But that would be too much effort. Really, he might have the technical insight of his father, but his (and maybe his mother's?) stubborn laziness makes his projects overly shoddy and sometimes even dangerous. Not now, since we're talking about wallwart voltages, but since he likes to work with high voltages, that could end up frying himself to a crisp.
Since that video was made as a payback for the Malcolm Tucker video, this is my payback for getting it pulled for harassment:

No worries for us though, now I have the video on my DailyMotion.

Why does he hate swearing but he gave your character an obvious dick-nose
