This comes and goes in cycles. A while back a group of kids attacked and buried another kid in sand and left him for dead, and he later passed away in the hospital. They got off with murder because they said they were just playing and imitating Gaara's sand tomb from Naruto. Another time some russian kid killed himself because Gaara died (why is it always Gaara?) I don't even know if the latter story is true, but it's reported on so that makes it "canon". The Russian government even responded with additional restrictions on media consumption by teenagers.

This stuff just comes and goes like the ocean tides. The main difference is that since it's 2026 instead of 2026, the current thing is some videogame instead of tv.

Looking up their username, it sounds like OP either self-harmed or attempted suicide because people either didn't believe them or were trolling them through Strawpage. Personally, even if it will sound insensitive on my part, I'm inclining to believe they're milking this situation for all it's worth, because why else would you keep a Strawpage up knowing people could use it against you?​
 
The Twitter account is still locked so I can't verify if this tweet is real so take it with a grain of salt, but allegedly their cousin was depressed and "kinned White Lily" so that's why she killed herself. How can anyone say this and not think they sound like a lunatic is beyond me, it makes everything even more dubious.

Final update to the CrayCrayonEater suicide hoax drama: to the surprise of absolutely no one, they decided to wash their hands off this drama by hiding in a private account and DFEing. I can assume as much from these two posts in the user's search.
