I have to agree with him on the Juno hate. Never liked that movie and never particularly fond of Julia Roberts either but that's more to do with her and not so much her acting.

But of course this guy who wrote a terrible edgy fanfic of Evangelion has the nerve to call her shlocky when his "book" is the definition of the term.

It is a tradition for me every year to read through this thread mostly because there is a lot of good, valuable writing advice and life advice in general. It is a shame it all had to go to waste on one lazy autist.

It's also a little sad but not unexpected to find out that the Connor still hasn't changed. And Connor, Elon Musk may be a bigot and all around asshat , but he probably gets more shit done before breakfast than you've done in all 28 autistic years of your life.

It's not just that but 1984 is the go to book for describing a bad situation when half the people that use it have never read the book. And half of the ones that have kinda missed the point of it.

Elon taking over Twatter isn't it. And honestly these leftist asshats who seem to be acting like it's going to turn into some far-right hive of scum and villainy now that he's done so seem to have forgotten it wasn't conservative voices that were silenced on it. It was people who were going against the TOS. Like formulating ideas on how to storm the capital. There are still loads of conservatives on that site that haven't been silenced. Leftist viewpoints aren't going away on it any time soon.

Love him or hate him Elon is at least doing something with his life and money. Hating on him for his politics is fucking stupid.
