Like I said in my previous post: I think he's a messed up, immature kid. I also think he tries way too hard to shock people, and I've said the same to him before.

He's been banned before.
As one of the moderators there, it's because I just can't take him seriously. He might have the mindset of a mass shooter, but do you really think he has the drive to leave the house, get a gun, and figure out how to use it?
A couple more reasons: WP recently went through an upgrade, and is as buggy as shit right now, so dealing with problems relating to that is a bigger problem than anyone's tantrums. The moderators can't be everywhere, and sometimes we just don't see offensive posts. Lastly, we have been instructed to give people a bit of leeway for being socially retarded fucknuts.
