Now that you mentioned Eva, I'm thinking of writing a full-fledged, no-fucking-around draft soon.
You should post bits and pieces of it as you write it. Some kiwis may not make it to the end of another 40 years.

I was being humorous.

You cast the same actor who played Barney in Silence of the Lambs to play the talking gorilla version of Barney in Redesigning Eva.

That's not funny, man, that's just sad.

Katsu is holding a forum writing contest, Connor. This is a perfect time to get involved and showcase your talent!
That's pretty cool. I'd enter but I suck at writing (my ideas anyway) and I've never actually tried writing for real. I have this (terribad) idea for a story about two otaku in love (one's an introvert, like a hikkikamori, the other one's more social, but no less anime obsessive) who get caught up in a murder case and targeted.

On a more relevant note, Connor, if you wish to enter, good luck.

Pretty much everyone's reaction to that:

Nervous? Trembling? Goooood....

Yes, yes, somewhere in your mind you have this notion that any reaction is a good reaction and if you can't be accepted as the genius you are, you'll disquiet the status-quo of we pitiful sheeples by awakening us to the dark gritty truth of life, or some shit, but the fact is that this is not edgy or deep or particularly insightful. If you're going to shock and provoke, for fuck's sake, at least be sincere about it.

@Connor do you realize that nazi saluting things and calling black people apes (and being from south carolina) does not cast a good light on you
