Good news today.
The defense team of Aaron Spencer has been successful in forcefully removing blatantly corrupt judge Barbara Elmore from the fathers murder case.
For those unfamiliar with the case. Aaron Spencer shot and killed former police chief Michael Fosler while he was kidnapping his 13 year old daughter from their house. Michael Fosler was at the time out on a bond granted by Judge Elmore he was facing 43 child sexual abuse related charges in connection with a previous attack on Aaron Spencers daughter.
Despite the obvious conflict of interest Barbara Elmore did not recuse herself from the following murder case… She instead instantly imposed an unconstitutional gag order on the case without reason sealing the entire case and baring anyone from speaking about anything related to the case. Even basic facts like if Aaron pleaded guilty or not.
This gag order was eventually overturned with the state supreme court highly critical of Judge Elmores actions. Instead of recusing herself now she responded by doubling down and further attempting to restrict the public’s access to the case. Finally today the Arkansas Supreme Court has removed her from the case.

TikTok has updated its Terms Of Service in just the United States, this is mostly involving data collection.
This involves collection of your precise location, A.I usage within the app, Advertising data for more/better targeted advertising, "information from users under the relevant age threshold." Racial and ethnic origins, national origins, religious beliefs, mental and physical health diagnosis, sexual life and sexual orientation, status as transgender or non-binary, citizenship or immigration status, financial status, and drivers license number if you allow it to access your banking information so you can be paid by tiktok to make content.

ICE/Border Patrol have shot and killed another peaceful observer (who had a gun) in Minneapolis.
Edit: he had a valid conceal carry permit and the gun was taken off him before the shooting occurred.

Further videos have surfaced of the ICE shooting this morning showing that the man in question did not approach ICE with a drawn weapon and was instead recording them with his phone.
More video angles are slowly trickling out from protestors at the scene appearing to show that the ICE agents successfully took the victim's gun(matching the image released by ICE) out of its holster and walked away with it before any shots were fired.
These videos also show the man was first shot while laying against the ground, lurching upward after the first shot hits him.

The man has been identified as Alex Pretti, a VA Nurse

Tectone has lost his rape case against his ex girlfriend, Pinkchyu. She now has a ten year protective order against Tectone.
It somehow managed to get even worse for Tectone as Mizkif revealed that he had sent someone to record notes for the entire trial and will be going over them today, and he had proof of Tectone's view botting.
The best part of all of this though is that Pinkchyu seems to have gotten some closure. L/A

In its official case files, a detective noted this site's very thread on green man. Nicholas Stabile was also (falsely) identified in this official document as the source of the phonebook.
