Blizzard Entertainment has sued Turtle WoW, one of the largest private World of Warcraft servers, and the largest custom content Classic server in the world.

The server's staff says they intend to fight the lawsuit, however it remains to be seen how they can do so.

Additionally, the court documents have confirmed Torta, the owner of the server, is actually the same person as a previous admin on the server Elysium, who went under the name Shenna. This has long been speculated, but never proven. Shenna was notorious for selling gold, unbans, and taking bribes from bot farms, as well as sabotoguing competition with DDOSing and hacking rival competitors. Shenna would then go on to threaten and extort whistleblowers from the server before being forced to step down.

Going back to Turtle WoW, this is the single most notorious takedown Blizzard has done since Nostalrius, which ended up being the catalyst for eventual official Classic WoW servers. The fanbase has been demanding official Classic+ realms for years now, so this may be a hint that some are to come.

It has been revealed that the 3 victims killed by Harjinder Singh in his illegal U-Turn crash were Haitian immigrants (and not a mother and her two kids). The driver of the minivan was Herby Dufresne, 30, and the passengers were Faniola Joseph, 27, and Rodrigue Dor, 53, all Haitian immigrants.
The driver of the minivan arrived in Miami in December 2023 from Port-au-Prince and was given a two-year permit to live and work in the US after obtaining a financial sponsor under a Biden-era program.

First, the retarded dabbleverse orbiter who recorded the hearing (Something that got Nick himself booted off the Zoom call and copped him a gag order by the Court for just being suspected of doing so) has been phonebooked as one 54 year old Corey David Williams, presumably couch surfing somewhere in the Flint, MI area due to him being a DIVORCED DEADBEAT DAD. The set of bloodgames, a much loved spin off of Fishtank has been demolished. Bloodgames season 2 was supposed to be happening about now but following legal trouble of the show has not only not happened but the set has been physically demolished. For context the set was located physically right next to one of the fishtank houses.

Well, it's about to get even nicer because the Super Smash Brothers community just lost a fucking CIVIL RIGHTS lawsuit. :story:

T_Pot, a Jewish Super Smash Bros player was banned from tournaments for frivolous reasons. He responded to a Hamas supporter who previously cheered for the October 6th invasion with "LMAO" after the IDF bombed her home.
As a response to this, he hired lawyers to sue tournament organisers on the grounds of Civil Rights violations. Most of them settled already.

That fuckwit should just neck honestly, all he does is sperg, pick fights with users and thinks a 12 minutes long video is an hour because he's a cretin and a retard. He's literally the only one who bitched about it, I don't think any of his reports should be taken seriously and this was obviously punitive because I told him to fuck off after he tried to start more fights.
