In another oddly based ruling from the usually leftist 9th Circuit, they have ruled in favor of a prospective adoptive parent in a case where the plaintiff was barred from adopting children. Why was the plaintiff barred from adopting children? Because she stated she would not use tranny pronouns to refer to her children nor be willing to take them to pride parades, which conflicted with an Oregon mandate.

Nick Rekieta rings up another W?​


The judge initally assigned to his criminal case, Jennifer K. Fischer of Kandiyohi County, also known to us via Nick as "judge pussy liqeuer" has been repurposed to administrative work and a special panel is to be assigned to recommened sanctions after a complaint from the Minnesota Board on Judicial Standards reached the Minnesota Supreme Court.

The complaint alleges Fischer violated a 2023 disciplinary agreement by retaliating against colleagues and attorneys who had cooperated in a prior investigation. She’s accused of filing baseless complaints, making inappropriate statements about other judges’ mental health and addiction, and displaying erratic courtroom behavior.
Fischer has since been removed from all hearing duties and reassigned to administrative work.
In her response, Judge Fischer denied wrongdoing and claimed the case is retaliation for whistleblowing and her past medical leave.
A special panel will now be appointed to review the case and recommend possible sanctions.

In one of the most impressive conversion modding scenes of the 1993 game DOOM, two Russian developers converted the first person shooter game into a Fallout roleplaying game (RPG).
