The important thing is that we now know Ethan Ralph makes the equivalent of minimum wage because of this leak.
So Ethan makes $36,701.38 in subscriptions before fees. However, he pays $500 each month for the web hosting service, plus an additional 30% fee out of each subscription according to AltisticRight. He's paying roughly $11,010.3 in fees on the dollar, plus $6,000 a year for hosting, so this leaves him with $17,010 taken out before the money even hits his bank account.
Therefore he's only making $19,691 a year because that's what actually even gets into his hands.
That's equivalent to $393.82 a week (50 weeks), or $7.87 an hour for a 50 hour working week.
The poverty line in America is considered less than $16,000 a year, if anyone was wondering.
