A-log that I am, I have to be fair. This is well done. Actually handing over the reigns to another artist is a step in the right direction. If you can manage to actually make these characters more than just straight up stand-ins for yourself and your crony-homies, you might have a chance at creating an enduring IP. You need workhorses (artists & writers besides yourself) to truly flesh out and add to your IP. You're a show horse talent and you put the icing on the cake, but you require a more solid foundation to riff off of.

I’m not getting involved in bullshit like this ever again. I think that when I do weigh in about retarded slap fights, it encourages more of them, and turns more people against me.

I will just say Donal should get back to work, so he can deliver on his multiple obligations.

Regarding the Lily manga, I always do in-betweener books that show the big story from another characters perspective. Lily takes a journey in REKT PLANET that could certainly be expounded upon, and it looks great in this style. Jose Garcia is an impressive manga artist, so he’s hired. I think it’ll turn out cool. If people really like it, we’ll do more.

Except that you are completely in the shit on this one especially. Cecil and Donal are your recruits and they'd be nothing without your big time promotion. You practically made Cecil the mascot for CG! Don't think for a minute you can afford to place this all on them. You were reckless with the way you chose your packing peanuts and you're the one whose going to have to clean it up in the end.

Let's be absolutely honest, Cecil has absolutely zero credentials for this kind of project and once it finally gets done, you better hope it's not as deplorable as it looks.
