Honestly, it was smart to tell Vox no. He tends to kill any counter-movement just by being in it (he did it to sci-fi years prior to this), and while he loves dishing out the vitriol, he can't take it.

John was a faggot for defending him, but it was kind of the beginning of the end when he got kicked.

I'm sure somebody has tried to flag his campaign. That said so far he hasn't provided any evidence, which is worse than partial evidence EVS provided (and frankly no sane person would dox their licensee to both the pro and anti speds). So calm your tits not everything is a frog orchestrated gay-op.

*This may not be correct, but it's what i remember reading* (Teddy has a thread and more info might be gleaned there)
Teddy said some hypothetical ethnostate stuff, the biggest i remember being: how are we going to remove all of the 11-20million illegal immigrants? VD: well Germany moved 6m Trump's Chosen People in the 1940s... I think VD was talking about mass movement of people whilst being a provocateur, but most took it as holocaust all the Mexicans. Teddy may or may not have said or done some other stuff, IDK i haven't read his thread properly. People also see him as a shyster due to his involvement of the sad puppies in the sci-fi book genre.

Now for what i know about JDA involvement is: JDA has published under VD umbrella, JDA has defended VD comments.

I'm sorry but when did it become doxxing to reveal publicly who was licensing your product?

Hasbro isn't keeping it under wraps that IDW does their comics are they? Why would they?

If Ethan's got a licensing deal why did he hide the fact until he looked like a fraud? That's not like Ethan. He loves to brag about mainstream companies making deals with him.

I'll take Ethan's licensing deal seriously when he produces some actual evidence it exists. So far the only evidence is this.
1587047641573.png
What does an unattributed email anyone could have written prove?

I mean maybe everything Ethan's saying is true. I just haven't seen any evidence of it.

Maybe I should watch my mouth. I wouldn't want Ethan to sperg out and sick his team of lawyers on me for asking.

Dude, you Teddy acolytes are pathetic still trying to "win" a fight your Dork Lord lost in a minute.

No one is going to give a shit about Jon Del Arroz and his parody campaign.

JDA is a sneaky little shitbag. I have no love for the guy. He's as bad as Ro, plotting with Renfamous to fuck with his CG enemies.

You seem upset because I was unkind to your Caesar.

Get a hold of yourself. Your LOL cow leader is perfectly capable of answering for himself.

Is anyone else watching this #creators4comics auction shitshow on Twitter? Assuming you're not blocked it seems to be a bunch of shit they found digging out their closets during quarantine. The only stuff worth bidding on would go for a much lower price on the open market.
Since when are LCS's a charity case? They are full of books for sale and instead all the money goes to a foundation no one has ever heard of before this took off.
I'm seeing a few "creators" selling self inserts for donations, a superman pin, and some half assed sketch art that is probably convention surplus.
Amazing as it may seem most of the high bidders are "comics pros" my guess is to lure tards into the feelgood mood of out bidding Brian Michael bendis.
Nowhere does it say what shops will receive payment and how. Or how shops will be chosen over others.
Heather Antos is auctioning off variant covers she got for free, which seems to be most of what's available anyway.
No bitch, I don't want your trash that you no longer have room for. There are a couple pros auctioning off commission slots for way higher than they normally charge.
I get that it's a fund raiser but the whole thing stinks and lacks transparency. You send proof of your donation to them and they mail you their leftover trash.
A few OA pages are up for grabs but you can buy that art from the same artist on their dealer websites cheaper and without bidding against anyone.
If blockchains have ever bit these people in the ass it's right now because the number of replies to 90% of items are in the single digits.

Yeah, the whole 'sad/Rabid Puppies and the Hugo awards' debacle was a prime example of why you gate-keep the fuck out of Vox Day from any movement he tries to sleaze his way into for clout. Letting him in is akin to courting Sargon to run as a candidate for your political party...

Christ what a shitshow. You know the industry is in trouble when Mike S. Miller could have done a better job organizing the auction then these clowns.

The only good stuff I've seen are 5 9"x12" sketches Jim Lee has put up for sale with 95% of proceeds going to BICF, the wolverine and swamp thing are not by him.

1587050283201.png

Meanwhile Gary Frank has only gotten $400 so far for a page from Doomsday Clock and someone selling a rare Neil Gaiman print which Gaiman claims currently goes for 2k stuck at 600.

It certainly seems like the real buyers of this stuff are either banned on twitter or don't like the new stuff.

The galaxy brain approach is to block all the fans before trying to sell overpriced art to fans on Twitter. These tards run block chains constantly for fear that someone with a different opinion might infiltrate their Twitter safe space.
I saw someone bidding $300 for a handful of Deadpool variant covers while OA auctions are going nowhere. You can tell who the big blockers are because no one is commenting. Odds are Gaiman's page won't crack 600 but I may be wrong. During good times you can snag these pages for a steal of a price if you watch close enough.
I doubt many people are going to throw their hard earned trumpbux at this unless they are desperate for internet clout and think buying these closet-finds will somehow get them closer to being irl friends with their favorite SJW comic pro.

At the 1:10 mark Malin loses his shit and lets slip that he's always known that Ro and the inner circle of WarCampaign have always been snakes and that they fucked over Doug, Mike, Nerkish and the rest when Ro decided to turn on them.

When he says "especially if you become WC and you leave" he's talking about how they went after Praetorian and blamed all their gay ops on him.

When he says "I don't know if you should trust any of us" he knows and you shouldn't.

Ethan and Malin sat by and watched these fucktards try to destroy their "friends" and played dumb or defended WC for doing it.

I love that Malin can't keep his shit together enough to not show that he backed these LARPing losers up when they ran all these ghey ops.

Thanks for sharing Jon.

Yep, i posted a selection of terrible prizes a few posts up from yours and found the same issues you did, although i didn't express them quite so elegantly. I suggest checking in on it every so often as there is supposed to be ~4 days left and I suspect there is going to be a lot of this happening by the end.

CG is not sending their best.

You should go watch the whole thing if any of you haven't. Best CG stream of the year.

So new comic book day came and went and I like everyone didn't know or care.

So where are comics?

As you have all seen, the dumb mainstream bitches are selling art no one wants above. Maybe Miller buys one and does what he did with weiringo.

Tonight the drink and draw crowd have Larry Hama on.

Jon Malin had a stream with Dan Shahin who is a mainstreamer suggesting comicsgate needs to get stores cg product. Dan does streams with the shop kings such as Brian Hibbs. It was a constructive, boring stream, and Malin even offered an olive branch to Rob whatsisname.

Richard reviewed one new book....by his girlfriend Mags.

Honestly, this video encapsulates comicsgate fail. The first thesis of CG is a good one all agree on. Creative professionals are weird and crazy. The second, this crazy weirdness seeped into comics and ruined them, also most everyone agrees with. Its the third one that he and the spergs latch onto that trips them up and comes off as whiny. "Dey mean to conservatives. They discriminated against Frog who didn't do nuffin." It's not about him Richard. Also, check comichron, Hal corp was not DCs top title when he actually drew comics for them.

There isn't much else, Batman 2 by Dini and 2000 AD where the big notable releases this month. Pathetic.

Not according to your good buddy Jon. https://youtu.be/ZHI3l8ZXzMs?t=175

He says he has receipts.

I wonder if his receipts are as impressive as that anonymous letter from your Ribbitcoin "licensee".

You really showed us when you produced that convenient letter from your imaginary friend.

Cool, can't wait to see the receipts!

So you don't believe that I'm partnered with a mainstream comics and collectibles company that is located right in my neighborhood that I've done work with for the past year and seems to be doing a lot of collaborative work with other ComicsGaters recently?

Ok, I'll think up another less far-fetched story for you.

That's an interesting way of putting it FROG.

You said everything but "Dynamite" there.

Why so coy about the name?

Everybody's using it.

You've talked some smack about your licensee. And yet you stick with them despite their, as stated by you, incompetence.

Dynomite's not the only game in town FROGGY. Why don't you come clean, clear this all up and we can all move on to your next big value added project.

Kelsey just put up a video called "Jon's argument" Where it's a minute and change of chimp noises.

Among the comments are Wilburforce (a pretty regular contributor to the CG crowd.) Ro himself (under the WC name) Panboy and even Miller.

There is a JACK show tonight. Kelsey can explain this in a couple of different ways, but without context, I'm curious how it will go.

I watched Hama on Drink and Draw. He looks like he's had a stroke. Boring ass man, don't get the hero worship, his comics didn't really impress me.

Richard put out a video

The Anna controversy continued. Their policy is to ignore. Video is unbearably boring to watch. brought the comic up at 2:05

WC still going strong.

The exceptionalism continues

So ~38% of the #creators4comics money might make it to bookstores, not just comic shops but all bookstores. Here's the link to the charities 2019 financials. At least SGM is running a proper auction by putting his offering through eBay and not the twitter trainwreck.

@jspit when posting youtube videos click the three dots next to the smiley face, select "media" and paste the link there - it'll embed like smug's post above yours. If you want to timestamp a specific point of a youtube video; right-click the original video and select "copy video URL at current time" and paste that link, this will start the video at whatever timepoint you selected.

Now they seem to be calling for debates? these people are even bigger idiots if they think an internet debate will resolve anything. IBS only fosters more drama, clipping and ridicule.

Imagine debating on the internet about comic books jesus christ how embarrassing.
