Also the director claims there was no reshoots, but it’s blatantly obvious if you watch the film just how much was rewritten and reshot at least three times

Not sure. There was a version where Ross died at the end because there was a cut funeral scene, that tiny woman was originally a new superhero but got massively cut because she’s anti-Free Palestine or whatever, that Breaking Bad guy’s scenes are also very clearly missing huge chunks…

Given that the main villain(if you can even call him that) can Manchurian Canidate anyone he wants with flashing lights and a song, I can easily see there being a part where he invited an angry mob or something.
 
Usually we learn the true story after the movie has done its business and bombed, and there's nothing else to lose for those involved. More often than not the FNT guys "have insiders" but also report things that are proven true... A lot of the time not. But we'll see sooner or later what actually happened to that film, I for one don't trust that it didn't have reshoots, and if it didn't... maybe it should have.

I feel like there was at least one “insider/anonymous source” that’s already come out already and said reshoots were a nightmare.

I watched EFAP break down the movie, and they said it’s really awkward and embarrassing how often the characters call Sam “Captain America” or “Cap”, as if the filmmakers were really really insecure about Falcon being the new Captain America and had to hammer you over the head with it at every single possible opportunity.

I wonder if they really call him that more often than Steve Rogers or if it's just more jarring in this movie because our brains know that he's Falcon.

They mentioned, and I happen to agree, the name Captain America is so intrinsically tied to Steve, that when someone just calls him cap, its no big deal, because that's who he is. Where as Falcon, I can't mentally think of him as Cap. Not to mention, the weirdest part is that people who have called him Sam, or Wilson, are suddenly not doing that in order to shoehorn in more references to his new mantle.

I can see an alternate universe, where writers aren't retarded, making a pathway for Falcon to take over Steve's role, however, it is not the universe that we currently inhabit. Also, out of all the terrible variations on his costume, especially trying to mash it with Steve's. the best one they give him, is the one that's basically just a rehash of Steve's. If you want him to be Cap, go full hog, don't turn him into some downy power ranger looking fucker.

ofcourse its jarring, its like calling miles moralaes spiderman. It doesnt work, steve has been captain america for so long its like his second name in the same way Sam is the Falcon and Rhody is WarMachine
