Absolutely false. Null is not banning EJ threads. To the contrary, he said he'd probably have to allow one (a decent one) to avoid the appearance of playing favorites.
What happened was the singular attempt was such a gigantic piece of shit that the site membership mocked it for sounding like a Dikipedia entry, and so it stays locked behind PG. Null had nothing to do with it.
That's why PG exists. Quality control. The site membership regulates itself in that respect.
There's not scores of people here that think July is a cow, but are being pushed down by the big bad slobbermutt.
