I see Waid got his Ignited title up and running. Looks like shit from a writing perspective. We've got the 'duhverse' cast of protagonists, the Alex Jones-lookalike, the clearly brain damaged teachers and administrators, and of course the 'message' about school shootings.

Why am I putting this shit on my monitor? No, I didn't buy it. If Stan Lee descended from the heavens and admonished me for piracy, I'd ask HIM to read it first and if he still thought I was wrong, I'd take my lumps and not argue.

I find it hilarious they half-ass blot out the curse words. Like they stuck 'em in and then had a change of heart. Weak.

Okay, I waded through the two issues up so far. If this thing survives to six I'll be impressed. Right now I just wish I drank something heavier than beer or cider. Fuck me, that was bad.

I wonder how a modern graphic novel adaption of Animorphs would be? I've heard rumors it's happening.
The characters were already diverse - two of them were (half/)Jewish, there was a black, a latino, and trailer trash white. But it was done in the exact right way, which is it didn't come up in the stories at all. Well there was one fairly badass moment - a racist was (legit) harassing Cassie, and she said "I can be white", and turned into a polar bear!
I don't use twitter but I sometimes click through creators I like - KA has said she wishes she included more LGBT stuff, and her son trooned out. Marco was the only one with no real romantic arcs, and he'd probably work as a gay tbh, but I wouldn't trust the modern writers to handle it without being awful.

That's gonna be one gory book if it happens. Those kids were losing body parts and getting gutted all the time. I hope it doesn't get more woke though if it happens. Casey being the bleeding heart hippie is enough

Lois Lane #1 hit this week, with a big dose of topicality. Writer Greg Rucka and artist Mike Perkins closed the first issue of their run with a scene in the White House press corp, complete with a thinly veiled amalgamation of Kellyanne Conway and Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

And in the same way that her husband might punch a cosmic monster so hard it flies into space, the Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter rhetorically pummeled the press secretary over her discovery that the administration of the president was profiting from family separation policies in American refugee camps. But that’s not the only big superhero news out there.

Wasn't Rucka the one who made Montoya gay, and when people pointed out that 1) she has had boyfriends in the past, and 2) making the puerto rican woman gay is the oldest stereotype in the book, his response was "I didn't make Montoya gay, she was always gay."

In one of the other streams you mentioned a San Diego Con was slowing down your book printing because they were getting other orders. Was this for Cyberfrog or Vampirella? Also don't forget to tell Ya Boi to get on NewProject2 like @Love Soze mentioned. If he's looking for a safe harbor, that's about as safe as he's going to get.

And yeah, be more careful with the boomering, unlike those whackos, you and Ya Boi do actually attract weirdos who would do something with that info.

Dynamite is printing Vampirella I doubt they are printing Cyberfrog also. If he uses the same printer as Jawbreakers that printer was in Texas (got banned on twatter for posting a photo of the envelope when the comic came). Korea has a lot of good printing options but it really depends on if hes sketching a plate or the cover itself.
On average you can save 25% going overseas, unless you get some sweetheart deal from a guy like VD.
Richard signed all of the covers for JB. I got one that said Richard and another that said Meyer. Probably easier to sign a sticker and put it inside as far as logistics go. But no idea what the fans would prefer. Personally I like covers sigs and sketches but with a huge project like this it's hard to tell.
