What's interesting is that roughly 81% work from a home office or studio. I figured, most of them had to go into some sort of office to do their work. But since that's not the case, they no longer have an excuse to piss and moan about expenses as far as I'm concerned. Most participants in that survey are just over-educated and pissing about their wages because they chose a career that doesn't pay enough but has one of the most envied benefits for workers today: the ability to work from the leisure of your home anytime you want.

I talk about this all the time, how ComicsGate needs to be moderate and neutral in it's words and deeds, open to all customers, like a hotdog stand...Normies creating comics for EVERYONE.

I don't understand how people still don't understand. If we're out there offering extremist views with our comics, we're the same as what ComicsGate rose up to oppose. It's just supposed to be about good business.

These guys think every issue is Free Speech Absolutism, when sometimes it's just about creating prosperity and fixing what SJWs ruined with their extremism. It's like many of them weren't actually HEARING Zack for the last two years. You don't fight SJWs by screaming the polar opposite stuff back at them. You beat them with moderation and success.

Ultimately it might feel cathartic to fight back like that, but it doesn't really serve the purpose of creating jobs and selling comics.

That's just what I think.

It's a lose/lose lose situation to interact with concern trolls with 548920 alternate accounts. It's a time suck and all it does it feed pointless noise. They wasted time in twitter and they wasted a lot of time on your stream.

Were they on Mike Miller's stream bidding on art? Were they helping him with views and helping other artists pay their rent and feed their families? Nope, all they're doing is wasting everyone's time and trying to get you to slip up while pitting you and Miller against each other.

Except that Mike also calls himself Comicsgate and uses that "brand". If some creator came along and said "I'm Comicsgate! Back my new comic about the good old days of lynching blacks in the deep south!" I would believe that every person who calls themself comicsgate, including Mike, would give that person the Vox Day GTFO treatment.

So there are limits of what comicsgate is and what it represents. EVS is trying to help set those limits to ensure everyone makes money. He's got the farthest reach and everyone in the movement gravitates towards him. The fact that there are dummies like Mike Miller sperging occasionally doesn't change this. When you have a brat kid screaming that he wants ice cream for dinner you don't give in. You explain that FOR YOUR OWN GOOD you can't have ice cream for dinner.
