Supposedly (according to Ethan), Eric hasn't been paying his artists and Bennett jumped shipped to CG. But there is no way to know how hyperbolic Ethan is being. Bennett does seem to be doing something for Ethan I think. But it's not like artists aren't just hired guns and never work on multiple projects. Shoot, I think the only artists Eric has on payroll are Caanan White and Igor. The rest are probably contractors.

As for not paying artists, not that gross profit is the same as net, but I believe I recall Eric recently saying he's done or is on track to do $5 million this year. It could be Eric just isn't using the artists or doesn't have something for them currently so perhaps not paying them is just "we aren't currently getting/doing work." Books do seem to be getting made so it's probably the latter.

Davis has also said there are like 15 or 20 books that haven't been fulfilled yet. But Eric seems to be releasing a few books a month with a handful of months of presales so it probably just hasn't gotten to the point where they are scheduled go out. Besides, Davis is supposedly a year behind fulfilling IG3 and Ethan is years behind getting his stuff done ($2.4 million) and mostly seems to be focusing on the stuff Yanzi is keeping him on task with. So, Davis is one to talk. All I know is that I've gotten the few comics I bought from Eric via Rippaverse and Rippasend.

Tristan allegedly incorporated the company ModelStars and provided operational and logistical support.

Most serious and alarming allegations​

  1. Sexual abuse imagery of a 17-year-old who worked in his webcam business (pp. 120–146). Police seized his devices in 2015 and found 168 indecent images, all of the same girl. In WhatsApp chats he allegedly told her he would "dump her" unless she performed a specific penetrative act that a paying client wanted. He then shared the videos and his PayPal receipts ($1,000 payments) with friends in a group chat. Messages from January 2015 allegedly show he knew she was 17 ("I could get in legal trouble cause ur 17"). He and Tristan allegedly discussed how to handle her father's demands that she come home ("She doesn't look 17 at least" / "Exactly").
  2. Strangulation to unconsciousness during rape, repeatedly. Complainant 7 (aged 20) says he choked her until she convulsed and lost consciousness and kept penetrating her while she was unconscious. She says this happened four or five times in 2011–12 and again in a 2017 hotel attack, which ended in a forced oral rape that made her vomit (pp. 94–98).
  3. Rape with death threats (Complainant 2, 2015). She says he put her in a chokehold and threatened to kill her unless she undressed. The rape lasted for hours, and she lost consciousness. She says he cried, "I love you… that's why I am raping you." Police recovered texts sent afterward: "I might rape you again… I'll wait outside ur house… With a rope" (pp. 75–83).
  4. Trafficking to Romania with passport confiscation (Complainants 1, 5, 6, 7). Women who expected a relationship or optional clothed work allegedly had their passports taken. They say they were made to perform naked or penetrative acts on camera within 24 hours, often for 9–12-hour shifts, while others controlled their chats and sold acts they had refused, including anal acts. Complainant 6 generated about £93.5k and received about £26.5k (pp. 114–119).
  5. Weapons and death threats.Andrew allegedly held a samurai sword to Complainant 7's throat (p. 92).He allegedly threatened to kill Complainant 5 and her family, and to kill Complainant 6 (pp. 110, 117).Tristan allegedly brandished a machete when Complainant 1 asked to go home (p. 69).Complainant 7 describes the brothers making death threats and an atmosphere she called "sexual slavery" (pp. 99–100).
  6. Forced group sex on camera. Complainant 5 says Andrew pinned her to a wall by the throat ("you do what the captain says") and later ordered her and two other women to perform oral sex on each other for paying viewers. She vomited, and he refused to let her leave (pp. 109–110).
  7. Controlling prostitution (Complainant 3). He allegedly ran her webcam account, escalated what she had to do, and repeatedly offered to drive her to have sex with strangers for £3,000. He allegedly called himself a "pimp" (pp. 85–90).
  8. Extreme pornography. Devices attributed to him allegedly held bestiality images and genital-mutilation videos (pp. 147–150).
  9. Allegations against Tristan specifically.He is jointly charged with trafficking Complainants 1, 5, 6 and 7.Complainant 1 alleges he raped her vaginally and anally and beat and choked her with a belt during their relationship (p. 65).He allegedly recruited her by saying "uglier girls than you" earned £8k a month (pp. 67, 73).Complainant 7 alleges both brothers joked that they "were paedophiles" (p. 93).

I do think it is fair to keep most people you aren't too hot for as contractors. I think we should wait for more people to come out before we take a disgruntled former employee at his word.

I can see why some people had issues with the ending of the show given that it's a complete disappointment of a mystery plot. Can something like that happen? Yes, misfires with weaponry happens all the time. Is it a satisfying Arc for a show? Probably fucking not.

Given what people are reacting, I'm basing it on that since I didn't feel like wasting my time with shit that was written by morons who wrote Lost. Why should I watch something that I know is going to have a dog shit ending? Heuristically it would only make sense for the ending to be a big fucking waste of time, which it sounds like it was given Hal's death was an accident apparently.

Least I'm honest about it in this case, unlike Dickie here who accuses others of doing what he does. Cuz you know he didn't actually watch it, he mostly watched shorts and counts that as his fucking views.
