Drinker just wants to move past it and EFAP dosen't have the heart to bully this retard. Anthony Grumiglia is more their speed.
 
EVS has now admitted/declared the Rainbow Brite ripoff toys are dead and gone. Chinese factory not doing them due to cost.
So that's another dead project with years of associated lies. And I guess this will apply to the rest of the junk he was selling on preorders.
Refunds?

The closest I ever came to that was Amageddon in 1998. Its got to be more than just loud. For me, it has to be bad surround sound combined with alot of really low frequency sound. Something that you can literally feel in your body.

They are doing the right thing. Richard these days is less than nobody and there is no reason to platform his crap or give him any attention at all. Nobody listens to him or pays attention to him. I also assume that their (rightful) conclusion is that what he is doing is just trying to re-build his channel by bothering larger channels.

Has he killed the lunchbox as well? The lunchbox was always the most absurd element of the project. If he built it as described such that it would contain the comics, it would be an entire custom fabrication out of metal. There are services that build vanity lunchboxes, but not at the size where you could enclose comics.

And I assume no refunds. He will probably substitute something else and call it equal value. Maybe cyberfraud toys.

Richard did another video in the last couple days where he proved with geometric logic that marvel shutting down its offices in New York really doesn't mean anything. Richard's reasoning is that because Jack Kirby moved to California in 1969 and Stan Lee moved to California around 1980, that marvel has really been moving to California as a company all along. It just took several decades for the process to finish now.

He also talks about how the 1981 Spider-man Cartoon was one of the most important moments in marvel comics history because it taught Richard who the X-men were. As Richard says, he really knows everything about comics history and in particular marvel comics history.

Back many years ago, Richard did a whole video (or more than one maybe) about New York City and Marvel comics were inseparable. That the comics and the characters being based in New York is what made them what they are. I could probably find the video but for the fact that Richard has erased just about his entire history on youtube. And even though Richard sits around member-whening about stuff from the 1980s, he is NOT one of those old doomer uncs runing everything about comics. And I guess he complained about the audio volume of the Odyssey which makes him so cool and informed about movies.
