Collaborative documents alternative to google docs?

I'm retarded and am trying to figure out if there's a service for making shared live documents with others without using google. Trying to collaborate on a new thread OP, just don't want to have people have to register/be tracked.

According to their website, the owner is a guy named Ludovic Dubost. He's XWiki's founder and current CEO.
