I'm glad this was bumped. I was looking for this thread for the longest time and eventually gave up. I convinced myself that I had imagined it in one of those halfway asleep dreams. I'm surprised she didn't kill herself. That's usually where severe self mutilation leads.

I had luckily forgot Stumpy Ronahan for a couple days until I saw the leg tendon one on page 1, having just discovered this today. Now that I’ve gone from page 2 to the end, time for the delicious candy center.
 
Wait do we know for sure if coldness is dead? Maybe she got treatment for her self harm and abandoned that handle so she doesn't trigger herself again
 
My curiosity has led me to discover many wonderful things. Delicious food and drinks. Neat books, movies, and shows. Interesting locations off the beaten path.

This is not one of those times. Damn you KiwiFarms, and damn me too.

I dont think there is a person alive that mentally and emotionally strong enough to recover from such extreme trauma.

last I heard she was alive, has had grafts done, and DFE to get herself off the internet. that was a few years though- anything could have happened since. self-harm on this level isn't just "fixed".
 
You never really forget your first time discovering this one. Coldness is up there as some of the most harrowing content I've ever seen in all my years.

Sorry for the bump, found an almost-complete archive of her account(s) [in the spoiler tag below]
She's definitely German taking from archived post of her posting in German, her t-shirt in the archive post with her boyfriend is in German, and the various medication boxes in an archived post being in German.
Her pics definitely seem real, though either she, her boyfriend, or someone close to her knows how to fix up a wound considering her pics contain sutures and staples from a medical facility

Also: Joan is the name of a different sh girl: EmoCuttingGirl, it could very well be this girl's name as well but I'm more inclined to believe the Erika comment

I like to think I have a strong stomach, but these photos fucked me up.
I know saying that just makes people want to see them more, but trust me, they were really, really disturbing.
I can still picture them very clearly.

Even after years after seeing them, I hurriedly shut the window again. This is some of the most horrifying shit I've ever seen, even to this day. I rarely say something like this unironically, but I hope she found peace.

I grew up in the golden age of gore and shock sites, there is almost nothing on this level.
 
This has to be fake and gay, right? How could this woman, probably around 100 pounds or so, survive the amount of blood loss you'd have from slicing half your thigh off?
And unless I'm mistaken, that same thigh pic would've gone right through the femoral artery, right?
