It would be the first thing that pops up if you googled his name, he'd get literal shit delivered to his house, death threats, if he had a job he'd get fired, if he was looking for a job, employers would avoid him because they do background checks.
This shit can ruin you, even if you were proven innocent.

The worst thing is this kid's 15. We've all done dumb shit at that age, but this kid's life could very well be fucked. And for what? A GIF? That's what kills me. This kid could potentially have his life ruined over something as simple as making a GIF.
