this style of jeans is a targeted attack by the fashion industry to ruin my life. i’m a 6ft tall natal woman, and every pair of pants made in the last 5 years end basically in my mid-calf. i’ve had to settle for wearing almost all my jeans cuffed.

Reminds me of places on Wish stealing photos from a renn faire leather shop I know irl. Said store sells their garments for hundreds of bucks (the quality is well worth it) while wish sells them for $20. What a steal! I'm always tempted to get one to see what kind of tragedy they'll ship me.

basically summed up its a meh brand that nobody had ever heard of but now is super cringe and gay cause of gimmick marketing

But the early 2000s were probably fashion's absolute low point. Seventies motifs, cheapo goth tat, skateboarding shoes, crop tops (although women were thinner back then so it was less offensive), trucker caps, velour tracksuits, cod Asian jewellery and Chinese pictogram decorated shirts on men who thought they were edgy, trousers with legs as wide as railway tunnels. Dreadful! I didn't like it at the time; you'd have to be mad to want to wear the clothes of that era now.

From what I recall of 2000s fashion, it was mostly trying to turn little boys into gangsta-wannabe skateboarders with sagging wide-cut pants and oversized T-shirts and little girls into prostitutes with clear high heeled shoes, pants with words on the butt and tight see-though shirts.
Mostly everyone looked like they got their clothes in Goodwill's dumpsters.
