Some of the most iconic and memorable characters in the world are anthropomorphic animals with very simple designs. Furries are just incapable of basic character design 101

There's also not a lot of room for depth when you have to meet the basic anthro fuckability requirements furries have. Namely, that they be proportioned relatively similarly to a human being. Bugs Bunny isn't going to walk into an flist room and get doused in pussy, but a guy who looks like Aniki with werewolfism will, so they make everyone fit that template of what appeals to most people.

There are a surprising amount of them that actually do find highly stylized or cartoonish characters fuckable, but they're usually cooming to existing cartoons instead of making their own characters.

The more simple ones tend to be the most stupidly unoriginal and arent worth spending a dime on. Take the millions of closed species thats just an anime cat girl with random objects stucking out of her ears

Sharkpants hit the nail on the head. It's the same with furry species, a lot of the popular ones that are simpler are pretty much just dogs with one thing altered (sushidogs, waterdogs, cloverpups, etc) and many of them go for hundreds of dollars per adoptable.
 
I feel its been a hot minute since I last posted on this forum. Normally, I stay away from posting closed species here because they are the same shit show concepts over and over but today, I bring one that caught my eye.

At first glance, They look rather different until you start reading the species sheet futher. There is a discord and some kind of toyhouse world that I haven't been into yet but the species sheet alone is enough to tell you what kind of stupidity this species will be run upon.
I don't know what kind of moron would spend $50 on myo slot to use with an idea they can't use.

These sound like a bunch of fun people. If you need to have just the fucking name of the character you designed approved that's going onto entirely different level of autism.
 
It looks like a pokemon crossed with a moogle. You can definitely tell what fandoms the artist came from.
 
It just looks like they butchered a Terriermon or a Lopmon, complete with the beady Digimon eyes and finger-like ears they have.
 
I saw these earlier and thought they were cute/mildly interesting but didn't notice the name thing. (:_(

I guess bk burgers don't count as an item that can decay, they get a free pass on that one. Though idk getting off topic but fast food doesn't really decay does it?
