Anyone here played fallout sonora? How was it like, and what would you recommend for a first playthrough?

I had fun with it, i'd rate it above resurrection but below Nevada. the difficulty wise i managed to breeze on through by playing safe. world/faction rep carries your char so dont bother. less violent and more advanced than real mexico. wasteland doc is always a safe bet
