What I always appreciate about this guy, and particularly hideous or mannish troons in general, is that the level of cognitive dissonance required to compliment their appearance makes their supporters frequently indistinguishable from people mocking them. Exhibits A through C:

She could've just walked out, abandoning the kid like a guy at work I knew dealt with. Or been arrested. Or been an even heavier drug user than dear old dad to the point he looked good. Or do we even know if she's alive? If she died, that'd explain it.

And if the kid isn't half dead of exposure and covered in shit, CPS isn't going to do shit in a lousy neighborhood.
