I could see how Blaire could fool some people. Maybe not if you interacted with him, but from a distance -- yeah, he passes. I think women are able to clock troons better than men for whatever reason. Maybe because men are looking at boobs and asses and not paying attention to anything else.

In my admittedly anecdotal experience, women are definitely better at clocking them. Partly for the reason you mentioned - many guys are distracted by implants enough that they'll miss fairly obvious tells. Partly because it's much easier to spot a fake when you are what they're trying to emulate. And partly for safety - women tend to have pretty strong situational awareness of men around them because they might need to.
