FTFY

He'll only stay for like a week on a new account before leaving for more susceptible-to-begging pastures

Or if something bad happens to him (like the Jessica temper tantrum) then all the good will Chris had towards us gets thrown out the window with him cursing us, and throwing a temper tantrum in a grating high voice.

Heh, where did you get the idea that they didn't believe Chris needed special treatment? They did get Chris special treatment. He was in tard classes in school. They objected to a specific form of treatment, as was their right as parents, and it's easily arguable that it wouldn't have changed much about the Chris we see today.

They had legitimate grievances with the game place and the trolls. And as far as I know, they didn't blame Mary Lee Walsh for anything.
Oh, they chose to put him in "special" classes like I am right now choosing not to be 4.5 inches into some cute twink's bottom. Exactly. It is a choice.

I never wrote that they did not want help for Chris. They wanted help that would not negatively reflect on them as parents. Bob and Barb had no choice but for Chris to be in "special" classes because he is a dullard with a learning disability. They obviously knew something was wrong with him, which is why they got him tugboat and took a portion as long as they could (for their son's sake, obviously). Daddy and mommy were more concerned with blame shifting. Other people were playing "America's favorite game" or were homos or trolls or whatever. Other people were problem. Not Bob or Barb. Not Chris.

The issue comes down to motivation. Chris was their child to mess up, but that does not mean that they were looking out for his best interest. Their choices were clearly in the best interest of two doddering old simpletons who were lousy parents to their other children and then equally as bad when Chris came along.

As for not changing his future, I think that is safe to say that proper support could have prevented him from fighting other "special" boys on the bus, being banned from everywhere around town, being a worthless leech, and defecating on his floor to save the pony dimension from moon men. You do not even need a possibly underage pre-cog animal husband to know that.

So they did decide to get Chris help?

Neither of the options reflect negatively on them as parents.

You can't prove a negative.

How is it a choice if you have no other options? The Chandlers are the perpetual victim at the hands of schools, towns, homosexuals, Jews, shopkeeps, unattractive exploitive friends, and so on. The school was before trolls came into the picture and influenced by nothing other than true and honest Chandlers being Chandlers. Chris was taught that everyone else was trying to make his life bad. The Chandlers knew better than experts because "experts" were actually conspiring to take down this royal family.

Bob and Barb both took advantage of their own disabled child. Chris has been left with nothing because idiot man and harridan wife knew nothing about preparing Chris for life on his own and would not listen to anyone else's ideas. But give Chris money so they could take their cut.

I cannot prove that Chris would be better off if he had proper support and non-negligent parents, but it is very hard to think his life could be any worse now. His mother is still stealing from him. He is completely irresponsible. He has no support system at all. He is probably insane. Proper handling of Chris and his disability 30 years ago would have least given a support system.

Wasn't he in special ed? As far as I'm aware special ed for people only half-retarded like Chris is just some kind of tutoring which wouldn't be much, but I could be wrong.
