The weird thing is Chris knows he's supposed to eat healthy. It's why he was lying about cramming vegetables down his throat when justifying himself to Matt Devoria. During the Caty "date" he made some comment about a spinach dish he apparently liked.

On some level he knows there's an expectation. He probably even knows healthy food is better for him, but he doesn't really understand why. Or he thinks it's not nearly as important as people say. He has a child's perspective on food, where even if you tell him it's good for him he won't really appreciate the long term benefits of eating well.

I really don't think Chris eats that much. He doesn't have a particularly big appetite, or if he does, he doesn't act on it most of the time.

He eats grilled chicken sandwiches from fast food places to fulfill expectations of "health". And he gets apples instead of fries, and then covers them in caramel sauce.

I have a feeling that it's more than just ignorance. For many people that aren't autistic that eat outside like that, it's more or less the addiction. Some sources consider it as bad as some hardcore drugs. Chris and addiction aren't a good combination.

The CWCki claims he's a glutton who stuffs himself the rare times he's out in public. Though honestly I'm inclined to agree with you. I have a feeling Chris like most NEETs just waits until he's really hungry before gorging on something greasy and salty. He probably only eats one full meal a day.

The cwcki claims a lot of things about Chris.

People should read the cwcki more critically. The cwcki doesn't lie about Chris, but it does contain a lot of writing about Chris based on relatively little first hand content. The cwcki seems authoritative because whenever it does have a source (say an old chat or audio recording), it obsessively picks apart every little detail from that content, and expands that into huge articles. So it seems like a huge encyclopedia on Chris, when in actuality, it's based on a lot of things Chris has said, filtered through autism, and filtered through really retarded troll scenarios.

The very idea that it's rare for Chris to go out in public, or the idea that Chris doesn't get out and socialize (without causing a huge stink and getting banned) is in and of itself an example of people taking the cwcki too seriously. (Standard disclaimer: not to say he's the talk of the town or anything, but the "in 14BC 24/7, only talks to mcdonalds clerks" view is pretty inaccurate.)

The Chris that the cwcki portrays is very, very similar to IRL Chris. It's certainly inspired by IRL Chris. But they're not exactly the same person.

I don't know if I'd even say he "gorges" himself. He's broke, and I do think that filters down to his meals at some point. He probably eats an average-to-smallish fast food meal.

(I don't have a great source for this, just some things I've heard and what I know of his penny pinching behavior.)

I just say "gorge" for comedic effect, since I imagine he'd scarf what food he gets. Granted, I realize that's probably not accurate. He strikes me as one of those guys who'd go to a fast food joint and spend an hour there nibbling his meal while browsing his phone.

The"Chris never goes out" meme does confuse me a bit. I know he's not a party animal and from what I understand he rarely engages is group activities. But he obviously moves around in his spare time. His chronology is rife with first hand accounts of him in public. Even the fucking Google Earth car has sighted him in the wild several times.

The navy might even improve the taste of the kale.
Well, it will be the healthiest protein Chris has ever had.

A bit off topic but Chris is pretty lucky I mean he avoided being sent to prison at least twice now possibly even avoided having felonies on his record by sheer dumb luck. With his current lifestyle and that wound of his he's lucky that wound isn't gangrenous yet.
For those terrible reasons, Chris thinks he is truly touched by good......
Just sliding by in life, like that Whopperito through his bowels, is good enough justification for Chris to believe he is better than people with jobs, friends, family, and good hygiene practices.

So, Chris is social butterfly that makes strangers feel comfortable and at ease?

I'd love to see Chris if he became a stoner. I think the current ratio of money blown on Legos and vidja to money blown on cheap and easy fast food would quickly invert.

I'm just imagining him with his already wacked out sleep patterns then blown out of his mind driving like 15 miles under the speed limit, all paranoid at 2:00am to a 24 Hr Taco Bell to order a shit ton of "good food".

Of course not, but Chris does go out quite a bit, though it's a very limited selection now(mostly McDonalds at this point). Remember, Chris used to loiter at places like Target, WalMart, and the mall. He does attempt to strike up conversations with people but typically gets ignored because he's a social 'tard who doesn't know how to speak up in a coherent sentence. Lets not forget that he used to go to the gay club and actually managed to socialize a bit there.

Chris needs to follow the old rules of: Train, say your prayers and eat your vitamins

Chris's Diet is an atrocity exhibition.

I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

It's horrible. He has no willpower. He has no concept of eating right and its benefits. If he's drinking soda as well, that shit is even worse. I doubt he drinks much water unless there's something I don't know. If he's drinking a lot of coffee or energy drinks... bad for his heart.

McDonalds / Burger King, food Chris was raised on with no standards for health. Bob set a bad example for Chris by eating it every day. The Chandlers all got fat together it seems when Chris was younger. Chris probably equates eating at Burger King with Bob. Maybe it makes it harder for him to stop.

Continuing, there's the fact that Chris can't stick to an exercise routine. His body is just withering away slowly with nothing to strengthen it lol. He's also getting close to the age where your weight stabilizes and its harder to lose weight. He can't run. His cardio is basically that of a 75 year old's.

No way he doesn't have heart disease.

I don't know which chronological trajectory we're discussing it at but it really sucks for him lol cause that is unhealthy as FUUU-.

I like to think that if Chris had spent just an hour a day on the treadmill at PVCC and he actually utilised what he had "learned" from home ec and actually cooked for himself at home instead of eating fast food everyday, than his body probably wouldn't be rapidly falling apart like it is now.

He could always just play Pokemon Go and burn off calories while being entertained by an app game but that's asking for a miracle.
