I think it's usually 48 hours but in any event it isn't very long at all. And then it's five months after the preliminary hearing/indictment that they have to put you on trial (if you demand it). It is likely it is Chris himself who will delay it more than that. That whole continuance continuance continuance thing has worked for him in the past in his career as a Teflon Tard.

I haven't had a good laugh in a solid week and really needed one, and this post did the trick nicely.

Hearing Chris babble about Sonichu during his arrest was wild. Doubtlessly he'll win over everyone he meets during this legal process with his divine wisdom and rejection of labels.

There's no way Virginia will pussyfoot around for that to happen, unless by some miracle they discovered barb came back completely clean (well clean in comparison) is consious and coherent enough to say "this is all bullshit and my son was being a dumbass retard again!" And Chris is simultaneously the greatest hoax mastermind and the dumbest of all time and faked all that he said in the audio. To where they can at best charge him with negligence, reckless endangerment, and Frivolous and vextous litigation.
