You can't diagnose someone with dementia based on a brief video clip, especially when it's someone who has a history of playing up her health problems to manipulate people. Is it possible that Barb has dementia? Certainly. But no one can state it as fact at this point.

The state will levy charges regardless if Barbara does. There's some difference in the charges that can be pushed depending on whether Barbara cooperates (whether she's unwilling or incapable of doing so) but he will be charged with something either way.

The victim only has the discretion to press charges or not if it's a minor crime. Chris is sat in fucking jail right now, the state has clearly filed charges against him. And add to that Chris's admissions that Barb seemed confused and resistant, and that Barb hasn't also been booked for incest, put two and two together retard.

I am fairly certain at this point Barb is being considered too far gone to make choices and consent. Any charges will be brought on her behalf regardless of if she files/makes them.
 
I knew this shit would blow up on some level but I didn't foresee a fucking Newsweek article about Chris-chan holy shit
