I've been at work all night even working an extra hour and a half overtime so I missed the arrest entirely. I finally get to the end only to witness a tranny slapfight in the thread. Never change KiwiFarms.

Chris’s mental state is going to come up in a big way and I think there’s going to be more than a few people surprised at what comes out tbh.

not trying to argue with you, just have seen what the state considers incompetent and how that can be handled. I’d be very very surprised if there wasn’t a lengthy hospital stay to prepare him for his trial. He isn’t stable, or tbh smart, enough to assist in his defense. You can not, and they will not, prosecute in that state (today, early mid 1900s and before is a whole different story). Whether or not once he’s had counseling and meds he can participate is a different story, though they’re usually so crushed by that point they plead out.

If I was a betting person I’d bet this isn’t going to be an easy ride.

Will Chris get worse charges depending on the kind of sex acts he subjected on his mother? Like there is obviously a difference between passionate missionary with lips locked to the sound of smooth jazz and ass blasting your mom on a sofa while cartoons play in the background. Is incest simply one kind of charge or are there layers to it based upon how many times and the particular sex acts involved? When does one sex act end and another begin from a legal standpoint? Agreed. I honestly believe the full weight of how absolutely fucked he is hasn't really set in yet for him. I don't know if he has the ability to recognize, much less cope with, the fact that he has single-handedly ruined his entire life in the span of four days.

I imagine that it will really hit him when he realizes he won't be going back to 14 Branchland Ct to crash into slumber play with his vidya and legos anytime soon.
