I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Amulets going up someone’s anus, in suburban Virginia. I watched A-Logs fight in the dark at the kiwifarms... All those..Moments.. will be lost in time, like tears- in the rain.

Who ever takes this case is going to eventually discover what Chris is all about. I'm sure lawyers look up their clients' names on the internet, just to see what they are not being told. Plus they will have to talk to Chris in person, which is a whole ordeal in itself. No matter if they side with the zeitgeist, I'm sure they will be at the bar all night every night until the case is done.

Bwahahaha! No really Chris is a dime a dozen nutbag. He's "Special" because he is performative on the Interwebz. But the Cops, DA, Judge and Jail/Prison all see his type shit day in day out. To them Chris is any day ending in Y. The only thing that makes him stand out is the whole Fucked His Mom thing. But even then it doesn't make him stand out much.

For all those focusing on "insanity defense" yeah, no. Does not work the way you think it does. Yes they may take one look at him and determine he is in fact a drooling mongoloid incapable of meaningfully participating in or assisting in his own defense. Which might get him diverted to a Mental health lockdown, until he is well enough to assist in said defense. The charges will still stand. And every step of the way he will be treated as a Sex Offender. So precautions will be taken at all times.

If they look at him, order a psyche exam and determine that while an idiot and rather crazy, he is still capable of standing trial, well his public defender may try an insanity defense (if Virginia even allows it?) But it's not gonna work. Honestly it never works.

It gave the Nick Bates case a homerun. Might work for Chris. I'm very interested if there are subpoenas after this

There's a fuckton of people crazier than Chris Chan who are incarcerated. We got rid of the asylums and put lunatics in jail or prison now when they get too crazy to be left on the street. Chris isn't the last person I would want to be locked up with. I imagine telling him to shut the fuck up would work when he's afraid of a good slapping.

Since it's a warrant he'll probably get a bail hearing relatively quickly when dragged back to Greene Co. He's their problem.

Quite possibly. It's either that or they have confirmed that Barb has indeed had intercourse and moved in to charge him with incest.

I think that it's actually a bit of both, most likely the results from the rape kit came through and they were notified of the breach so moved in to arrest him. That's why he has been charged with incest, although that's just my theory so far.
