This is actually the first photo that I saw where Chris looks like a normal person. Cut his hair short, and he would look like a pretty average middle aged man. Maybe it's his eyes, usually he has that dead fish stare but here he looks normal.

Important note: Chris will not be put in women's prison.
In the booking process, the gender on your license is what the booking officer writes down. VA has a process where trans can change their license to reflect their gender identity. However, in the prison system, pretty much everywhere in the US (yes even California) people are placed in prison based on their biological sex. There are people in men's prisons right now who have weird plastic surgery gash 'vaginas' (fuckholes) where their dicks used to be. I don't think the Prison Butch saga is going to happen even though I'd love to see Chris be beaten to death by 20 lesbians in the rec yard for getting a little too handsy.
