No, they actually can't. They have to charge him. Unless COVID has taken away our constitutional rights (well, it kind already has).

The immediate no bond, the coordinating of out-of-county patrol units to arrest him at the earliest possible convenience, the automatic 14 day holding status on the incest charge alone.. just doesn’t seem to bode well for Chris. For once, the law really seems determined to not turn him loose.
 
This all could have been avoided if Axe body spray was a substitute for personal hygiene
 
Reading this, I find myself hearing Bluespike ordering Chris to say he'll end in CWCville jail where he will be raped by a bunch of niggos. Never expected that ridiculous line to actually come close to the truth.

---UPDATE---

So I just got off the phone with the jail. No I did not record it because my mother says I'm not allowed to use daddies tape recorder anymore.

Anyway, the officer I spoke to was very kind and explained that they have already had to change chris out of his crapped prison attire many times. I asked if officer nasty was available for comment and they hung up on me.

Also, I'm gay.
 
Null shared some of his messages with CWC in another thread and i just thought this segment was weird.
Chris says: "The sex was consentual with Barbara."
Does he even realise why what he did was wrong?
