A judge could probably say "I can see how this situation is potentially a problem, so I will sign off on some 'expedited arrest pending further investigation' warrant"

There was already EPO. All they would need was for Chris to verify the leaked audio was true and honest. He's already done that with Null and I'm sure the police could get that out of him even over the phone.

I think it's set up as one incident, but both participants get charged, at least for the party that consented.
