i didn't catch but yeah that is the special needs bus, but also why is Chris leaving his high school so early, did special needs kids have to leave that early?
he says its an "odd" day which could have meant it was an early friday?

edit: oh I was slightly late. Yeah I can definitely see the speds going home early too like someone said above.

In the US lunch is called "X Period" so you'd have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Lunch Period, etc. Still doesn't explain what happened to the other missing one though lol.

So I started watching this series out of a morbid curiosity and got to Part 5 talking about his whole "Drew the character representing himself as fucking his sister" and yeah incest.

Him fucking Barb was completely predictable in hindsight.

Hindsight is 20/20, hopefully when time travel becomes possible a fellow Kiwi can set the course right.

Taking a little break between jobs, so I decided to depress myself and watch the docu-series first couple of episodes again. Man, it's crazy how normal Chris looks in some of these photos - it's like childhood lets the autism be less noticeable.

But there is something I'm confused by: in Part 1, time stamp 13:30 - 14:00, there's a reference to Natasha, which is one of Chris's friends from middle school; the girl he stopped liking when he "saw her smoking". He apparently would give her money from Bob for "friendship and attention" - was/is this confirmed? I've heard that the high-school gal pals weren't necessarily paid to hang with him but not this one.

Anyone got info?

What a great episode, the sequence of Chris getting a donation of $100, spending $100 for vidya games and then being sued for not repaying debt was great.

That was a big mistake on Bob's part. Sure, he didn't know that much on autism, but when he sees his 25 year old son playing with MLP, 'growing out' would not be part of the equation. Too bad Bob was too old to keep up with Chris and his antics with the trolls. What's worse is that Bob actively took part in trying to combat the trolls, and fueled his paranoia that Chris, and the family kept on being persecuted. He just couldn't realize what an obnoxious asshole his son really was.
The best thing Bob could have done for Chris would have been to try and find him a wife while he was in high school and make an effort to set him up with a decent paying but menial job somewhere. Bob knew lots of people and they lived in rural Virginia so I don't buy that it couldn't have happened. Chris needed structure, independence, and something to care about. Bob completely dropped the ball.

Those photos are painful to look at. Chris had such potential when he was born, only for each passing year to slowly chip away at said potential. Now all that remains is twisted perversion of a man. Also if his gal pals only hung out with him for to reasons money and pity.

The part where Chris criticizes that plushy and then has no idea why everyone is mad was just awful. I can't believe he can say that he's a good person with a straight face and then do shit like that.

I don't know if Bob finding a wife for Chris is a good idea, unless it was those mail order brides. I think Bob knew people to get Chris a job, but they had retired, and there was no way their replacements would've hired Chris anyway seeing Chris' CADD projects. I've always thought Bob would've rented an apartment close to home so Chris can get a sense of independence, but I think: 1, Bob thought Chris was too trusting to live on his own and would be taken advantage of (The Ohio trip is a good indictor of Chris' independence, but Borb threatened him and anchored him so that hurt Chris' independence); 2. Barb would be paranoid and possibly play suicide games, imagining another one of her sons leaving her even though Chris would be staying close to home.

Despite the failed mainstreaming, Borb ended up isolating Chris to his own detriment, then again it reinforces the fact that Chris is too dumb to live on his own. Ironically, this can happen now since all signs point to him never returning to 14 BLC, but again the problem is Chris is too lazy/stupid to plan to live anywhere else.

The part where Chris claims that he and his pets have nothing to eat for the weekend and then immediately buys 100$ of games made me facepalm hard.

This 10 second clip should have been added to the "don't buy from chris" thread, if it still was stickied

He did play with people at The End Games, but they never really hung with him outside that establishment. Even Pokemon people have other things to talk about besides Pokemon. They would have dismissed Chris the moment he started talking about his rock collection.
chris would go to a new place and then stop and get bored, they did it at the gay night club, and then at the End Games, i think after they dont get a gf they get bored and stop, like they even stopped going to mall, after they were allowed back

I don't think Chris wanted friends, i don't think he even understood what being friends with someone even is.

People who associated with Chris that didn't happen to be trolls only seemed to be with him out of pity.
Despite all the cartoons he watched with a theme of "friendship will always win," he couldn't seem to grasp the most basic concepts friendship. Friendship is a give and take thing. Chris's "friends" would exploit him for cash, clout, or pure fucking meanness. This built Chris's warped view on friendship and why he would attempt to manipulate people because that's just what friends do. They fuck each other over and everything is water under the bridge in next week's episode. The closest thing that Chris had to a friend was Megan. She just tolerated him because he bought her Nazi memorabilia.

Ok, I would like some input, I know the Captain isn't around anymore but does anyone know if the Megan's gun story is real? It was in the latest episode of the doc, and I swear that I have heard that her having guns was made up by the captain to dissuade Chris and I have heard it was something Megan actually said. I just want to know if any oldfags or someone has a definitive answer because I swear the story changes every time I hear it.
