Good thing she lives in Chicago. Living there gives her the best chance that she'll be dead before the sentence is over.
 
This is really getting out of hand here.
Cops are arresting these scumbags but the courts are an absolute joke.

Letting violent criminals and repeat offenders out before even 10% of their sentence is served and not putting people like this behind bars.

And they act clueless about people moving from the state in record numbers.
 
She didn’t get off any easier than Brock Turner. Problem is both belong in fucking prison.

If you haven't learned empathy for human beings by age 19 I am very pessimistic about it kicking in by the time you're 23.
 
The idea that being involved in kidnapping, false imprisonment, torture and a hate crime deserves zero jail time is clearly political motivated.
 
Were the courts too shit scared of riots if they sent her down, or what? Not giving her jail time was the racist decision here.

And there are probably still some asshats out there who are spitting fury over the fact it wasn't a full exoneration.

TLDR: 19 year old Chicago queen did in fact do sumthin' but prosecutors declined to press charges because grounding someone from social media for four years is a suitable punishment for a hate crime.

Also, really fucking disgusting that she only got 4 years probation. I'd think beating up someone who doesn't know any better is deserving of a few years behind bars at least.
 
Chicago sounds like a shit place to live, at least certain parts of it. Never going there, I guess, it's been blacked.

Can we be honest what a clown argument the "bu bu but Brock Turner" argument is for a second?

The rape charges from the first girl were dropped as soon as the DNA tests came back.

What he was actually charged with from the second girl was sexually assaulting an unconscious person which isn't considered a violent or serious crime in most jurisdictions.

The utter lack of evidence to bring more serious charges is what resulted in the weak charges and punishment.
