He really does, especially in relation to the FBI, the Syndicate, and the ATL. He seems to worry about being monitored in many of his videos, and isn't afraid to call upon the name of Kunta Kinte in reference to his genitals.

After a night of digging through this guy's videos, this guy's crazy is remarkably consistent. "They are playing a game people, they are playing a game" is legitimately his madness mantra, delivered in a voice somewhere between Dumbo's Crows and Foghorn Leghorn.

I liked the part where he showed off how thirsty he was myself; that forever remains a funny component of cows for me. Combine this with some solid conspiritardery and he's a winner alright.

These are the three channels his I could find that are still up. The second one hasn't been updated in 3 months but he is still actively posting on the others. Anyways, Charlie Williams is, as far as I can tell, a seemingly homeless black man who wanders around the shittier parts of Memphis harassing random passerby who he believe to be KKK members, faggots, crackheads, "whoreniggas" and any other plethora of insults he can imagine. He does this literally every day and consistently uploads several videos of him doing so daily.
is the most recent video on the third channel as of this post. Even as a Memphian I can't tell quite where he is in most of the vids, but I've recognized a couple as near the Raleigh-Egypt area. I have no idea why he isn't routinely picked up by police.
 
Could use some more meat, but so far, I think this cow is pretty funny.

Guys like this are a dime a dozen, it's just the fact he films EVERY thing is what makes it outside the ordinary. Just like we wouldn't even know about Chris if it wasn't for him desiring the spotlight.

Still though, keep up the good work. Maybe pull some more videos from that stack that really stand out in your opinion.

Ever since Reagan cut down on the asylums nationwide, people like this are able to walk free on the streets. So long as they don't hurt anyone, they are doing nothing wrong.

We have a guy like this where I live. Two actually. One goes to the gas station and listens to a bigass 1980s boom box, the other walks the highway holding a football.

I think the current MDE crew has shown lots of interest in lolcows and Sam's reaction to Null was more of a self-defense mechanism since he's trying to steer clear of politics and drama while building world peace 2. After all, back in September Null was basically THE face of anti-troonism at the height of #dropkiwifarms and to this day breadtubers and the type of people who get hardons from a deplatforming will still target and mass report anyone pro-kiwifarms on youtube. so honestly (and sadly) it is probably in Sam's best interest not to deal with Null until WP2 is at least funded and released. Would be cool if they could work together after everyone forgets about keffals though.

Same old as always - posting his schizo ramblings daily about Homo Thugs™ and Dixie Mafia™, going through Youtube accounts faster than most people go through clean pairs of socks. If anyone wants to find whatever his current channel is at any point in time, safest bet is to search for the phrase "homeless brother" on YouTube and filter by the most recent videos on the platform - most of his videos feature that phrase in the title:
