Do you take it or not? If so, what do you say to them? What about those calls that do not answer with anything & then hang up on you?

I myself have stopped answering at all, I just look them up later if they're flagged as spam, and if they are I block them.

I answer the call with "Hello?" and if the person responds I go along with whatever they have to say. If there is no response I just hang up. If they keep calling after that I look up the number and block it.

I breathe heavily into the microphone if I'm feeling frisky.

Other wise, I go hello? Who!? Who is this? And go from there.

If an Indian calls I start with a mundane casual conversation as if its somebody else that leads to an argument. Try to keep them on the phone for as long as possible until they hang up and see if they call again later. If they call again continue the argument from before.

"Hi this is (white name)-"

"No you're not"
