This accomplishes nothing. If they're concerned with gentrification, they might want to attend city council meetings as well as following zoning and planning commissions, or perhaps they could run for a seat an either of them. This accomplishes nothing.

Seeing as how the Pinata store had been bulldozed a long time before the cat cafe was built it's safe to say this is shitty people looking for any excuse to do shitty things.

Funny how cats are considered one of the most invasive species, yet do more to help the neighborhoods by killing all the invasive rodents attracted to garbage created by invasive brown people.
 
If I was a philosophy professor, I'd write an article about this and call it Utilitarianism for Retards.

You know what helps communities improve? Gentrification, which is literally just an area improving in quality and becoming more desirable a place to live.

SJWs whine about white flight, they whine about gentrification. It's almost like their only goal is to whine about Whitey.

The baseline reason they don't want "gentrification" is they want "affordable housing" which is their filthy stacked chicken coop hovels owned by slumlords that were built in 1948 that don't cost much to rent because nobody with any sense would live there if they had the money to NOT live there. It's sort of a seriously misguided attempt to "help" the poor (without actually helping them). Their pea brains have at least put together that improvements in buildings usually equals more rent, so they oppose improvements because it would raise their rent.

I can't wrap my brain around the mindset that staying in squalor and poverty is better than a higher standard of living.
