This one seems a bit more personal to him. Almost as if he tried to join up with a leftie group only to discover they were all a bunch of scruffy soap dodgers.


I can't help but like this guy and wish all the angry spergs in his comments section weren't determined to kill the fun.
 
I remember seeing Card years ago, he stood out to me due to his clown-like appearance thanks to the frizzled hair and colourful clothes he made himself.

I am very retarded. I was in the process of making a Cardposting thread doing offline research, I just put the title into Propsering Grounds... I am only now noticing he already has a thread. Thankfully didn't get all that far, will start to post the stuff I have found into this thread that I don't see already posted. He is my favorite long-time progressive community organizer and activist. Great job OP and communtiy contributors!

card did a video on lowtax. nothing new nor groundbreaking here.

tl:dr lowtax didnt really do anything positive himself beyond making a website. his sins are that he spammed mangosteen juice ads, was a terrible father, abusive towards the women he was in a relationship with,banned people who paid to access the site for making fun of him, shmorky. card doesnt think lowtax should be celebrated. though where he he finding all these people who praise lowtax, i dont know.

Mr. posting didn't answer my question but explained in stream that he grew up around image boards as a nerdy shut in type kid, which alone should be proof that the internet radicalization pipeline bullshit was never real. He also dismisses sneed posting in his comments as harmless, explains that he won't attempt to ban or remove them.

In the livestream he talks about growing up in a rural community, pretty sure he is still in the countryside - probably still at his parents' house. You can hear a lot of mooing and birb noises. So, in answer to your question, it is his shed and you will have a hard time finding the bodies.

He says he doesn't see the comparison between himself and the "new Joker", I don't see how he doesn't see it. He says he is aware a lot of people watch his content because they are "Kiwi Farms brained trolls" and I guess he is correct, still he doesn't really answer the point that a lot of the "Dogwhistles" are just memes that may have started on imageboards but are now used in contexts completely disconnected from those places or any "insidious" meaning they may have had originally, if they were even connected to those places to begin with. I'm pretty sure "leaf" has been used as a slang-term for Canadians for as long as Canada has been a thing and using that slang doesn't always (if ever) indicate someone is subtly hinting towards "The Day of the Rope". The fact he sees any usage of such memes as automatically "telling him everything he needs to know" about a person speaks to a strangely rigid mind, one may even go so far as to suggest "autistic".

All in all his livestream is pretty interesting if you can get over the very awkward presentation. His philosophy of diving into things in order to "brute force" learning about them explains a lot of his content. I also would be interested in knowing what he did to get banned from 4chan which necessitated him having to learn how to ban evade.

tl;dr review of the livestream - if you have an add-on that lets you go above 2x speed or you have a high tolerance for tongue-clicking and ums it is an okay watch, another interesting insight into the strange mind of J. D. Card.

finally sat down and watched the entire thing. if he would get away from the progressive brain rot and dog whistle stuff, he wouldn't be a bad guy to hang out with. other than his progressive nonsense, he seems like a run of the mill autstic guy i could be friends with.

i uhmm cant be too hard on him, ummm when i first did public speaking for things like ummmm school projects i ummm did the same ummmm thing. something that you have to work at through practice and being aware that you are doing it.
 
I think he's on the right track of streaming to improve his public speaking, and he's not really a bad dude, he's just wrong. Still could easily hang out in a non political setting. You think Mr. Posting would build a habitat for humanity house with the kiwis?
