I don't know if those numbers are just as bad or worst than the short-lived CNN+, which they killed off in less than a month.

I think worse, and CNN+ was just news and opinion, which SHOULD be cheaper than scripted tv. I just can't think of any reason to have a CBC streaming service. Do you really need those Road to Avonlea reruns?

I'd guess even less than 10k, maybe around 5k at best. To put into perspective how unpopular CBC is, about a year ago it was admitted that only 3% of the population watches CBC in any given month. This includes public facing TVs you'd find in businesses and government buildings. CBC's YouTube channel, which should be trouncing all other forms of consumption, can barely crack 20k views with 4.43 million subscribers (0.0045% viewer rate). And those are all FREE. Not to mention that CTV has their own web service that includes shows people actually want to watch like Corner Gas entirely for free. Absolutely NO ONE is using CBC Gem.

It's free and actually has some interesting shows on it. Heartland is a great long running Canadian drama series.

They have a Hungarian show about John Hunyadi (Slayer of Turks) which I watched with subtitles on.

Your talking about America correct? I'm Canadian and I've never heard of Canada getting large amounts of Mexican immigrants. Most of our immigrants are from Asia.

The disgusting thing about Canada being the way it is that it is just a giant powder keg waiting to finally go off. Between the red niggers, the chinks, the jeets, the absolutely retarded self-hating Whites/boomers. Lots and lots of fucking land with lots and lots of useful resources that most nations would happily kill for. I'd be absolutely shocked if America doesn't have to annex Canada and make it a protectorate just to keep the fucking Chinese from invading to steal it from the jeets. In a thousand years, the downfall of Canada and European (and hell maybe even America) will make the collapse of the roman empire look peaceful by comparison.

Tbh I'm surprised there isn't a massive ISIS cell yet that plots attacks on the US from Canada. Annexing them would honestly be the safest thing for the US since the defense is 100% reliant on them already, and (that physical border between the US and potential enemies) is important and why they do it. There's already multiple india-separatist terrorists active in the country (not to mention the assassinations done by the indian government in response). "Chinese" own the majority of the real estate (so the Chinese government if they want it). There's multiple "secret" chinese police stations actively running across the country. Before the cartels became the major player the flow of fentanyl was massive from china>canada>US (now it's still china>canada>everywhere else) and there's A TON of transnational drug organizations are play. Large portions of certain countries get the majority of their meth and fentanyl from canada, fentanyl which (for the most part wasn't) even made in canada it was just used as the tunnel because of how garbage the border security at the ports is.

They could honestly just wait another 15 years and take it without even a two day war once the entire economy is completely destroyed since all major projects have been halted, banks don't loan out to businesses (or mortgages) anymore, all public roads/water/etc. is blocked and reserved for a few dozen people, the last 15 guns are removed. Hell two provinces already want to leave and three more are going to be voluntarily handed over to indians (on top of the fourth one that they already got) so canada will be a bunch of tent cities (think vancouver right now, except everywhere lul) acting as reverse-reserves spread apart the splintered territories, that are unable to even cross each other because indians have blocked out and reclaimed all access routes anywhere.

Not to mention the fact that apparently 50% of students (in calgary, which isn't even peak immigrant central) are retarded and incapable of learning, on top of the completely unequipped and non-staffed military, means in 10-15 years the entire thing is going to be dribbling retards, violent lunatic drug addicts, and (also dribbling idiot) brownos shooting each other while the other indians are waving their beer battles shouting about reconciliation
