The problem is the number 1 concern for Canadian boomers is Trump. I have friend who more or less showcases this his grandparents watch TV they then tell him can you believe Trump is destroying the white house. He's like I know but I don't care and they scream and get angry it's completely irrelevant what happens in the insane asylum down south when the insane asylum up here has it's own problem

Ok Good, it’s not just me going crazy noticing just how many of those fucking bots I’m seeing over on my Socials

It annoys me somewhat how Boomers haven’t had the same realization everyone else has had about just how much of Social Media isn’t actually people, but they’re the ones who still think “TV Man must tell the truth” and I remember we’re fucked regardless as long as they’re the primary voting bloc.

I am convinced that many of the covid protocols were created because of Twitter bots, especially in Canada. Not only has the government paid out the news media, it was also paying "influencers" that suddenly appeared over night and were hailed as "experts". One such expert, a former teacher named Ryan Imgrund was all over the news spewing doom and gloom. Evidently nobody did a background check on this guy because his credentials were fake (he was merely a high school science teacher) and that he was on leave from teaching because he was sending topless photos to his female students and asking them if they wanted to join him in a jacuzzi.

Another dude that became huge during Covid was the totally unfunny "Brittlestar" whose videos amounted to pure statist propaganda. His message was - take the vaccine and trust the government... be a good boy.

I fucking hate this country.
