This is why I don't think VPNs will ever be banned in Canada, the liberals would have their histories exposed otherwise.

According to the surpreme court it is now unconstitutional to set a mandatory minimum sentence, even of only one year as it previously was, for CP possession

Tbf you can't say this ruling isn't an accurate fit considering the sort of demographics our dear leaders are expecting to see the country being represented by in probably just a decade our two after all

Next? Probably nothing. Like I said, you're still perceived as a friendly country and Trump is considered autistic about hammering you guys so hard on trade..

If you start getting perceived as a country that hates us? One that will cut off electricity over a trade dispute? Well, you lack the capacity to refine your own oil, and you don't have the ports to import it in.

But, we don't even have to get that explicit.

We also know you guys can't keep foreign interference out of your country. Is it China, India, or the middle east fucking with you guys more? Both China and Russia are working on establishing control of the north pole encroaching on your northern border, and you don't have the military to defend that sovereignty. We just need to withdraw, lockdown the border like we do Mexico, use it as pretext to remove you from 5 eyes, and let the chips fall where they may.

Why would we waste our resources on a country that hates us? You guys are a rich country, you should be able to take care of your own problems.
 
Well the Jays dropped the ball last night and now we are entering Game 7.

As historic as the Jays winning would be, in over 30 years, if they do manage to pull through the Boomers will be insufferable.

Will Canada be the first nation to decriminalize possession of CSAM & bestiality-related content? Even Japan has criminalized it. If so, shame. A race to the bottom.

That's the problem, Canada is like Venezuela, has the potential to be a great country but is held back by corrupt and weak institutions. But at least Venezuelans understand that their country sucks ass, Canadians aren't able to even do that.

With all this talk of a fall election if the budget doesnt pass what do we think the chances will be if the jays end up winning the world series and Carney's whole campaign is "we beat america in baseball and we'll beat them geopolitically" and the boomers fall in line again
