Canadian prefers Indian renters because they will live in one room.

Trudeau hoping to fuck off to America with Katy Perry and pretend he didn't nuke this country's prospects for the next 100 years.
They all do this, Jacinda Ardern is another famous example where she fucked NZ raw for 6 years then fucked off to a cushy teaching job at Harvard

How long until Trudeau gets cucked again. I'm betting the cuckoldry from Katy has already begun. Justin's just to stupid to know it.
Possibly. He's a liar and a fraud so he's probably acting like Katy's Prince charming right now but once the mask starts to slip she will probably kick him out. If he went after Taylor Swift she would've destroyed him by having her fans go after him, but she probably had better lawyers that told her he's a liar

Video was good up until the end where he decided to give Canadians the benefit of the doubt by saying that we recognize that something is deeply wrong. You need only look back to April to realize that's a lie
Give the guy a break, he only has one arm, let him use it to hold onto that false hope.

When are you referring too? If you mean from the 1990s when the country opened itself to mass immigration, then wouldn't it have had hundreds of years to develop an identity or are you referring to the French population being ever present there?

Sigh, here we go again. Y'all should save this post.

Most of Ontario was not settled, or occupied, by European colonists up until the 19th century. The bulk of Canada's European population at the time was French, settled in and around Montreal and Quebec City. It was originally part of Quebec, and then later became Upper Canada, when an influx of Loyalists arrived from the USA during the American Revolutionary War, and even then it was mainly around Southern Ontario. There was a burgeoning British-American identity forming in Southern Ontario, but it was always considered an extension of the British Empire, rather than its own distinct identity, from the War of 1812, to Confederation in 1867, even during the Boer Wars in South Africa when Canada sent troops for Britain in 1902, and including both World War I and World War II, which were both fought for the British Empire.

Canada, and specifically Ontario, did not formally break away from its colonial British-American identity until, really, the 1950's, when during the Suez Canal Crisis in 1956, Canada formally ended aligning with British foreign policy. Canada from 1763 to 1956 was formally an extension of the British Empire, until 1949 Canadian courts were subordinate to England, and until 1982 constitutional amendments required British parliamentary approval.

There was essentially a small window, from 1956 to 1971, in which Canada was formulating its independent identity, and it was initially spearheaded by Governor General Vincent Massey, who advocated for a distinct British-American identity, with a French minority. The original plan for Canada was English-French biculturalism, with Ontario being the heartland of English culture, and Quebec the centre of French culture, and this included an eventual plan for mainstream bilingualism by prioritizing the two cultures, and the two languages. A modern example would be akin to Luxembourg, or Belgium, which has similar bicultural, or tricultural, arrangements.

However, the Pierre Trudeau had his own plans and destroyed all of that, he legislated the 1971 Canadian Multiculturalism Policy which declared that Canada has no core culture, and that we're an open society. Those are the core words, Canada has no core culture, and that we are an open society. This is ingrained in the Canadian Charter which mandates multiculturalism. Pierre Trudeau partly did this to soften the tensions between the English and the French, but all it did was destroy the cultural consensus of the previous 400 years.

This is why those people on this forum praising Pierre Trudeau can go fuck themselves, you weakened Quebec nationalism in exchange for becoming an Indian colony and destroying any hope of a distinct Canadian identity, congratulations. We had that small gap from 1956 to 1971, and we had no chance!

This all coincided with Canada's end to immigration restrictions, especially ending the immigration bans from India in the 1960's (coinciding with the USA), along with the multiculturalism mandate, effectively cutting off the bud for Ontario to develop its independent British-American identity. Quebec saw red flags and mandated French cultural and linguistic protections. For what it's worth, Quebec nationalism was completely justified when you consider the disaster of multiculturalism.

Ontario was never given the chance to develop its own independent cultural identity because the moment Canada no longer aligned with the British Empire in 1956, Canadian multiculturalism was mandated in 1971, and non-British mass immigration soon followed. Ontario basically missed out on 80 years of cultural development that it can never undo.
