So the conservative party candidate won the conservative riding in the conservative province that always votes conservative? Wow! This will be in the news for at least 3 weeks with how insanely uninteresting and meaningless it is. Pierre will definitely beat Mark now; he should be party leader for at least [however many more years is needed for maximum pension à la Jagmeet's strategy]!

The little bit of Green Party support fell off like the PPC, dropping close to 300%.
His name was actually "Gook" for real? Some names aren't made for politics.

Grant Abraham, some guy who started a new party
He was pretty organized, where I was I only saw his signs sitting next to Pierre’s with the same colour scheme. “United Party” sounds a bit like the provincial “United Conservative Party”.

For a write in election, people only saw signs for Grant and Pierre. Critchley was camped out on CBC.

Kek. Good catch, I didn't even pick up on that.

Sadly, Douglas Gook seems to be a paper candidate pretendian. Here he is running for the Greens in the BC provincial election in the fall of 2024 in Northern BC. So he isn't even from Alberta. Note the braid & chug hairstyle. His bio mentions "working with First Nations", but skirts the line not actually claiming any ancestry.

He's just your typical insufferable Green Party BC hippy mooching off the grievance industrial complex. He also didn't run against Pierre this time around, so maybe they found someone local or at least Albertan.

I thought he was Vietnamese, would of been even funnier.

For the TL; DR crowd, Amy Eileen Hamm is a former BC nurse that was run out of the profession by her licensing body a few years ago for purchasing a "I:feels:JK Rowling" billboard in Vancouver, which was soon taken down for transphobia/hate speech. The billboard was an oblique reference to YWNBAW.

Her licensing body railroaded her for years with something like 25+ days of drawn out official disciplinary hearings. In the end, I do believe that they found her personal political statements outside of work "unbecoming of the profession".

She's left nursing permanently now, so this is all show trials. Her legal defense is being funded by the JCCF. She's a single mother, a TERF and now has rebranded as a journalist for outlets like the National Post & Reduxx.

This 94k penalty is technically not a fine, but instead a bill for her licensing body's disciplinary hearing costs since they ruled against her in the end. I haven't read this link or the A&N thread, but I haven't been able to determine if she has to pay the $94k judgement immediately, as the JCCF is appealing the judgment to a higher court. I've also seen it mentioned that the JCCF may also have the option of appealing the sentence to a higher court as well. It is also unclear if the JCCF legal charity would be in a position to cover the judgment cost itself.

It really is all a cash-grab and they barely hide it. Just when you think Canadians can't come up with another type of Ponzi scheme, a new one is thought up. It's so tiresome.

Very rare mainstream media piece on clown world:

If pedophiles have a charter right to loiter by playgrounds, do Nova Scotians have one to walk in the woods?
“A number of steps could have been taken by government well before a blanket ban which would have mitigated the wildfire risk to ensure that the minimal impairment requirements were met,” said Evely.“They blew right by it; it’s a maximum impairing of my liberties.”The particular liberty in question is the liberty of movement.

The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled on this.

“The seminal case on this is (R v.) Heywood,” said Marty Moore, a lead attorney with Calgary’s Charter Advocates, which will be providing Evely’s defence through the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms.

In 1989, convicted sex offender Robert Lorne Heywood was warned by police who found him loitering by a Vancouver playground with a telephoto lens-equipped camera that he could be arrested. The next time officers found him there he was arrested for vagrancy under Section 179 (b) of the Criminal Code. The police got a warrant for the camera’s film and found multiple pictures of children’s crotches taken at the playground. Heywood challenged the arrest and conviction in lower courts, arguing through lawyers that the law prohibiting convicted sexual offenders from loitering around schools and playgrounds was overly broad and an infringement on his Section 7 charter rights.

The Supreme Court found, in a five to four decision, the Criminal Code vagrancy law assumed convicted pedophiles have “malevolent intent” when they loiter around schools and playgrounds. It dismissed the Crown’s argument that the law was a justifiable infringement under Section 1 of the charter to protect children from pedophiles.

PPC support somehow collapsed even further, dropping another 500%+ to a miniscule 0.3% from 1.6% in April. The PPC isn't picking up any support from any disaffected Conservatives unsatisfied with April's Carney win/Poilievre's disaster campaign or him moving to Alberta as a carpetbagger. We're not seeing any shift to the PPC either despite ever growing jeet hate & opposition to mass migration. This is the 3rd time this PPC candidate ran (second time in the new riding, 1st time he ran in another district he lived in pre-gerrymandering, ie He didn't move, the lines did). His support has cratered over time since 2021. I believe he is a local mechanic.
I think the problem is with the PPC itself - as a party, it has the right idea, but what started as a protest vote was pretty much outed as Bernier’s Vanity Party, and it’s essentially poisoned by association.

I’m not saying he would’ve won funning as an Independent, not considering the sheer landslide Poilievre won by, but he might’ve had a better result than he did if he wasn’t being dragged down by the PPC’s own baggage.

Other than Abraham, who may have captured as much 60% of the 2.5 points that Poilievre seems to have bled off as a parachute candidate, the rest seems to have coalesce around astroturfed local female cop independent candidate Bonnie Critchley. Her 5k votes & 10% support are impressive for an independent, but still almost two points below the Liberal challenger from April who finished second at the time.
She sucked up the Liberal vote. She hits every tick box for the small town Liberal who calls all their neighbors 'hicks.'

Chunky lesbian cop that they read about on the CBC! That means it's time to show everyone just how progressive they are! They're like a New Yorker!

All in all it was not an unexpected showing, the longest ballot tools are still just annoying. I don't understand the person that thinks their schtick is funny.

my dream is to get an actual Constitution just like the US's in place and not this joke that is the Charter.

Any right that the government can revoke is no right at all. And the Charter was specifically designed to not get in the way of the elites milking the country by allowing the Feds to step on people anytime they needed.

Next we need to deal with the natives, they need to be incorporated into the general culture of Canada, none of this equal but separate shit. 90% of the natives suffer horribly under the current system with only a few hereditary families actually in control and benefiting from the system. Sound familiar? In that way we and the natives are one in the same, both sides are getting shafted by the elites of their society. I welcome out red brothers to join us in up ending a system that shafts us all.

Next we need the Senate to be an actual body of law and not just a place to rich politicians to get rewarded with for being proper little members of their respective parties. Right now it serves zero function and sucks up way too much money. We need Senate elections and all the current appointee's need to be removed for the useless party animals they are.

Next we need much more powerful provinces, the Feds have sucked away far too much power from the provinces in order to fatten their buddies wallets. The Fed should only deal with national issues and concerns and let the provinces deal with the smaller local issues because lets be honest every time Ottawa sticks it' nose into a provincial affairs they've fucked it up badly. Mostly because Canadians choose to elect clowns but that's a whole other issue.

Lastly we need a total justice reform. No more two tier system. No more Activists judges. Set sentences for set crimes, the judge is just there to ensure a fair trial and not be the arbiter of the sentence. No more slap on the wrists, the sentences for crime will be set by the elected officials of the country and not some do gooder on the bench who thinks that some nigger or native needs "just one more chance". Obviously no more Native courts, healing lodges or any of that shit.

Now the most common complaint I get is that pretty much turns Canada into the US and to this is say...well yes that's kinda the point. The US's government system was set up by some of the wisest most intelligent rebels the world has seen. It was very deliberately created to avoid a shit tonne of the issues we currently have in Canada and yes it comes with it's own set of challenges but take one look at Canada and then look at the US (on a social level not a economic one) and tell me where you'd rather be.

Of course this shit will never happen, it's the pipe dream of an old man whose spent far too many years dealing with shitty politicians and a corrupt system but I'm allowed to dream of a better future for my family.

It really is all a cash-grab and they barely hide it. Just when you think Canadians can't come up with another type of Ponzi scheme, a new one is thought up. It's so tiresome.

At least when the medical licensing bodies do their kangaroo court struggle sessions with doctors, there's less sympathy because it's a relatively high pay profession where ridiculous damages can be absorbed if they allow you to continue to practise.

A 94k penalty for a nurse is very disproportionate since their pay is generally fixed even if they are higher on the pay scales.

The Charter is a garbage document. The fact that it allows discrimination against the majority is a travesty. Also section 35 is going to bankrupt the government, especially if judges continue to be so left-wing and makes decisions like the recent B.C. one.

But, in my opinion, Canada's biggest problem is that conservatives haven't been good enough about appointing friendly judges. That's why America has a conservative majority on their Supreme Court. Conservatives here need to do the same and stack our court.

If Canada had actual conservatives on the Supreme Court we wouldn't have gotten MAID, we would still have consecutive life sentences, and there would be no "Right to Strike". All that crap is just made up and subjective interpretations of the Charter.

This part is fundamentally flawed, but the rest of your post is pretty decent. The part about the Nates was a banger.

The Senate is NOT just a place for rich politicians to get rewarded for loyalty. The MAJORITY of Senators are appointed by the Crown from a wide field of disciplines, including Science, the Arts, the Professions, accomplished winners seasoned in their fields, so that the Chamber of SOBER SECOND THOUGHT has both a breadth and a depth of experience to check the whims and caprices of the elected House of Commoners. In fact, right now, many of the "Independent Caucus of Senators" (i.e. what used to be called the Liberal Caucus, i.e. appointments suggested to the Crown by a Liberal Prime Minister) are crossing the floor and joining the Conservative Caucus, that's how NOT a political loyalty scheme it is.

Right now it serves the function calming the tits of the ambulance chasing politicians. Whereas a politician like Poilievre might support COVID Lockdowns today and be against them tomorrow, depending on which way the political winds are blowing, Senators are there because they earned the privilege to be there by their outstanding achievement and can afford to make unpopular but correct decisions.

The last thing you need is Senate Elections. What's the point of having two Houses of Commoners swinging back and forth in the wind just like the States. Politicians are the worst for that job. SOBER SECOND THOUGHT, not ¿HoW mAnY dEmOgRaPhIcs Do I NeEd tO bUy tO eAkE oUt a WiN nExT eLeCtiOn?.

Democracy degenerates into demagoguery. That's what the Senate is supposed to check. Senates degenerate into Oligarchies. That's what the Crown is supposed to check.

SHIFT INTO SECOND GEAR NOW

Okay, here we're at the crux of the issue. The Crown. The Crown is supposed to be a based Christian Monarch willing to march on the front lines to Crusade against degens, even if his own aristocrats.

But what we have, instead, and I'm sorry to say is, is essentially just another another tribal chieftan manipulated by Liberal Global Architects of UNDRIP. Why do I say that? Well, we can gather this by comparing the notion of ABORIGINAL LAND TITLE and how that plays out in Canada versus how that plays out in England.

The monocultural global liberals who drafted UNDRIP figure that the chiefs are naïve and that they can weaponise Aboriginal Title to stripmine Canada. We see the results in Richmond right now, right? What's the logical conclusion of "I recognise that I live on the UNCEEDED TERRITORIES of the INSERT TRIBE HERE"? The logical conclusion is: here's the keys. The King of Canada even made one of these LaNd AcKnOwLedGeMeNtS himself at His Majesty's last Throne Speech. The whole idea behind UNDRIP and Aboriginal Title is a racist idea that underestimates the Natives as easier to manipulate than the Pale Faces.

But how does UNDRIP play out in England? Do the aboriginals have land title? Or is it Anglostan now?

At first this seems contradictory. But it isn't if you recognise that the King of England himself is just one of these tribal chieftans manipulated by the Liberal World Order who drafted UNDRIP. The king owns everything, right? Your all his subjects. What you own is At His Majesty's Leisure. So if Global Liberalism owns him, then they own the whole thing. And Global Liberalism has owned the King of England since 1945 at the very latest.

And bugger us all, who's the King of England? Why he's the very same King of Canada who made his Land Concession Speech from the Throne.

So there's the problem. The fish rots from the head. So what's the solution. The solution might be interesting and might bring those Natives into the fold that you mention at the very beginning of your post.

How about a Metis King? Someone to unite the bloodlines: English, French, and Indian. Someone with our accent, who lives with us and appoints his own Senators. Someone willing to fight and die for The Patrimony.

So who should be King? The Crown should be wrought in battle. The leader of the armies who crusades for Canada's liberation from Totalitarian Global Monoculturalism.

I hope that's not treason to suggest. Disclaimer: it's just an idea, not an incitement. Consider it, argue against it, adapt it, improve it, whatever. If you accept it, then it's yours - I didn't incite you, I merely uttered an idea.

How tf do they expect a middle class nurse to pay a fine of $90K to the professional college of nursing she is part of?

Nigger that is getting blood from a stone especially when most Canadians are struggling

They don't expect her to pay. They don't even want her to pay. In fact, they'll be pleased as punch if she never pays. The $94K fine isn't about money. It's about hanging a financial burden around her neck, and the longer it's there the more she suffers. Heretics who question their divine right to rule deserve no less.
