The essay is true.

But I don't have pattern recognition. What do all these totally disparate and random events have to do with a thread called Canada Is A Failed State?

Is all this case precedent noticed by Mr Whatcott, including his own groundbreaking Whatcott Decision, somehow going to bear on the result on his latest case, a re-trial of his original hate crime charge of which he was acquited because the Crown appealed the Innocent Verdict, or something? Why would he possibly be thinking about this stuff right now?
Trash. Fucking. Can.

Holy shit. I said this before, but canada honestly has been a shithole for decades now, they just were better at hiding it before 2015.
Canada needs to fragment into smaller countries that can grow their own identities. How is that Alberta seperatism thing going anyway?

Is this even true? Does the Canadian Economy rely on Indians now?
The Canadian economy relies on housing prices going up to cover up weaknesses in the Canadian economy. So in a way it does. It would not surprise me if housing was removed that the country is actually in an economic depression.

Apparently poilievre will be in a debate with some of the other candidates from his by-election tonight. idk if anything of note will come from it or not

It absolutely is. I think I posted this before, but one million dollars of economic activity is:
-1700 acres of canola seed harvested
-18000 barrels of oil pumped from the ground
-2 houses sold in Toronto
which shows how much of a sham the Eastern economy is.

-2 houses sold in Toronto
You think houses are selling for 1 million in toronto?

Not seeing any clips from it, so I assume nothing of note happened.

Maybe I can finally buy a house when the housing market crashes.
I'm going by the published average which counts tin shotgun shacks under the 401 and farmhouses outside of Barrie alongside Drake's mansion. I'm sure the actual 'average' house price is 850k by now.
To be fair that average probably includes apartments.
