You are correct that I have no idea what you are talking about at this point by shifting the goalposts from the old Liberal gun registry to whatever the fuck is a "gun owner registry".

I'm no expert, but all parties AFAIK still advocate for maintaining some sort of firearms licensure and training system that's already in place.

But I'll leave it there because we're derailing the thread and talking passed each other.
