Coming soon to a hospital near you: more unvetted internationally "educated" nurses with fake credentials who can barely string together a sentence in English!

Thanks Gagandeep, Karima, Mandeep and Robindiljot for doing the needful!!

As of this month, to become a nurse in Ontario all you have to do is complete a 7 week "transition to practice" online course at Conestoga or Centennial.

Why bother retaining your domestically educated nurses, paying them a livable wage and maintaining safe nurse to patient ratios, when you can import infinity pajeets who will tolerate shitty workplace conditions and won't raise a fuss when patients aren't being bathed or properly cared for because they themselves have low hygiene/care standards. And who won't write up safety reports because they don't even understand how to click the right boxes on the hospital website (no incident reports = nothing bad is happening, right??!!)

I'm sure this will continue to go very well!

LMAOOO the province spent 500 MILLION DOLLARS on flooding our healthcare institutions with the turd world, Meanwhile our nurses continue getting braindrained to the states or leaving the profession altogether.
We are so cooked.

so does that mean that they start getting into Ontario hospitals before or after the election?

They're already here (:_(
But I expect the floodgates to open this summer/fall. TNP courses are being offered starting this month and finish around late June/July. CNO website says it takes about a year to become a RN (right now), applicants get assigned a health canada service provider to do a "educational credential assessment" (I guess just making sure that their nursing school in Rajasthan actually exists) and they do still need to write the same registration exam as domestically educated nurses (NCLEX) but they're trying to shorten this timeline down significantly. My doomful prediction is eventually they will try to do away with the NCLEX for internationally educated nurses. But I have personally witnessed retards and fake nurses jump through these bare minimum hoops.

The irony is that there's no need for these hordes of Pajeeta Nightingales anyway since we haven't built a single new bed since COVID.

For real. We have 16 hour ER waits, people being shoved onto stretchers in hospital hallways, and primary care medicine is in shambles... but sure lets spend 500M so that 20K Pajeeta Nightingales (lmfao) can get hired in 6 months instead of 12! It's not like those pesky "education assessments" mattered anyway. A "nurse" is a nurse is a nurse.

And yet people are STILL defending Canada's "SuPeRiOr HeAlTh CaRe" that's better than Pmurt's US healthcare, even though people are literally dying in ERs or dying while waiting to get procedures done that have longer and longer wait times.

This feels like what happened to Brazil a few years ago, with Haiti and the program "Mais Médicos" with "Doctors" from Cuba.

Basically, it brought doctors from Cuba, yet I cannot find sources but people worried it were a bunch of guerrila or maybe even people from Castro's party disguised as Doctors. Yet here, well, more like subhumans. (For the Google Search, all it comes to me is sources saying the vaccine for the flu and COVID is safe, thanks JEW-gle)

I've had some time for contemplation since my last post and there were some thoughts that didn't make the cut, notably about the recent outpouring of supposed patriotism since Trump's reelection. Something about it never sat right with me. For all the criticism the left hurls at Poilievre for his sloganeering, they love to mindlessly repeat the same inane catchphrases like "Team Canada", "Elbows up!", or "Canada Strong" to soothe their adolescent egos. All of it built around hatred of one man (Trump) and there is nothing else that binds this nation together and everything would collapse without him because of our innate dysfunction. Well, it's not just that. Much is built on outdated beliefs that Canada is still the same country it was in the 90s and into the 2010s. Too many Liberal boomers and other hangers-on act as if the real estate market hasn't changed since them and that crime, homelessness, and drug addiction are problems exclusive to the United States.

Somehow these rubes believe that changing out the leader of the incumbent party changes everything. 87% of Carney's cabinet are Trudeau ministers. Trudeau's ex-principal secretary Gerald Butts is one of Carney's advisors, same with his ex-chief of staff Katie Telford. He also brought on Mark Wiseman of the Century Initiative in a similar capacity to keep flooding the country with immigrants despite the fact that our country lacks the essential infrastructure to accommodate them. Is this a party that's looking to pivot? HA! All they plan to do is go double down on Trudeau/Carney's net-zero delusions and flagrantly lie to our faces while doing so. Nothing will get built because the regulatory climate is so onerous that foreign investment never comes unless the federal government bribes them to through corporate welfare.

No one even recognizes is that the 2025 election is a referendum on if Canada should even exist. If so many people are willing to forget the scandals of the last ten years and vote for the same party that drove us into the ground, then no, Canada does not even deserve to exist because we are not a serious country run by serious people. If there is such an unwillingness to change, then maybe it is for the best that Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Quebec secede because Ottawa is to entrenched in its delusion that Canada is still a world power. No, Canada is a nation in decline. Same with the nations of Europe and East Asia. The post-World War II "rules-based" order is dying and with it the dreams of the Laurentian consensus.

My aunt has not only stated that she is voting liberal but that she doesn't remember who she voted for last time. Democracy is really the best system eh?

this was an issue i remember hearing about 10 years ago where doctors from the third world found them selfs driving cabs while paying for Canadian medical school, instead of just getting straight to work,
most canadians are ignorant of how loose the integrity of their academic systems are over there, you could probably just pay your professor to pass all your exams, i would much prefer a Canadian doctor to an indian one and i think anyone would

There was also the revelation a few years back that Canadian hospitals and residency programs had signed a deal with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to train their residents (ie. interns near completion of their specialist training) in the Canadian system.

IOW, Canadian hospitals and medical schools were renting out spots to a foreign country when our own numbers of training for specialist interns is also purposely capped below replacement rates to keep government expenses lower down the road upon graduation and purposely rationing care by simply not having enough warm bodies to service the pop.

So hospitals got a steady supply of very cheap labour sandniggers to staff their wards in the short term, at the expense of their patients being served by goatfuckers with poor English. And the inconvenient fact that the cost of this cheap labour was that you are investing years of precious institutional training into each of these Saudi interlopers, only to have them immediately return to the Middle East homeland the moment they are fully trained and actually useful.

Then there was the inconvenient fact a few years back where virtue signaling smoothbrain faggot Trudeau publicly criticized the KSA over some foreign policy matter, likely their war with Yemen or using Canadian-made Light Armoured Vehicles to quell protest.

The commensurate Saudi ministry responded to the diplomatic row by calling home their inexperienced intern slaves that were keeping the gears of your average Canadian hospital going on the cheap. Leaving every residency training program and hospital involved in the lurch, as the nature of the tiered, gatekept & rationed intern training regime means that lost senior year trainees are irreplaceable labour and forever lost future graduate physician spots.
