Ehh hard to place too much faith in a similar outcome. The Cons will overperform, but polling aggregates have a surprisingly good track record up here so far.

In either case one shouldn't pay attention to anything polling-wise until after the Easter weekend once the debates are done and mid-election surprises are locked in.

To be fair, so did Trudeau but he was an 80s teen comedy villian. The kind you had to beat at a ski race and he spent the entire movie trying to steal the protagonist's girlfriend with his sensitive guy schtick.

It does show that the brain drain is real. All of our major party leaders are losers. Carney was an unsuccessful central banker who bailed of Britain during COVID. Pollievre is too scared to campaign. Singh is in all honesty probably throwing the election anyway, but the man repeats American talking points and has alienated most NDP voters and donors.

Everything's being drawn along exactly the same lines as 2024. The left is trying as hard as possible to make the election a single-issue vote to sneak in before everyone realizes that their parachuted candidate is a retard. The right is counting on pulling in low-propensity voters who have checked out the last few elections and who aren't being factored into polling models.

If I had to guess:
- Libs underperform in Quebec but take a lot of typically safe NDP seats elsewhere
- Bloc does better than expected in Quebec and takes a lot of seats from the Liberals
- Cons dominate rural Canada and outperform in the 905 and other key suburban ridings around the big cities
- NDP straight up just doesn't even try and ends up winning like 9 seats overall
- Elizabeth May wins her obligatory seat on Victoria island so she can continue to pretend the Greens are a real party
- PPC wins like 2% of the popular vote seriously why has Mad Max


I definitely don't have a ton of faith in the polls predicting a complete Liberal sweep leading to a huge majority government. I imagine we'll probably either see a Liberal win albeit as a minority government, or a minority Conservative government that just barely manages to snag enough seats to win. Either way, we'll probably continue to be in a state of political malaise for another 4 years as the nation crumbles around us.

There is no assimilating this many young men. It's simply impossible, especially in the modern world where they can have their dose of india at any time. At best they'll form ethnic enclaves like the chinks. At worst they'll just take over.

Voting for no one is the same as voting for Carney. Can you imagine how America would be if all the Republicans did the same as you and let Kamala win by default?

Just like the American Republicans went to Amish communities and told them what was about to go down if they didn't vote, the Canadian conservatives need to do the same in retirement and old age homes. My grandfather has zero clue what's really going on in the world because he (and all others in his generation) think the news is still trustworthy and not propaganda. Educate them on the real state of Canada. Warn those over sixty that their young people are forced to move to America and only the immigrants (who hate them) will remain. They can't sell their expensive house if there's no one honest left to buy it. Their healthcare will become even more awful in the next couple of years. The only people able to care for them in old age homes will be violent and cruel. If the Muslims take over (like they say they plan to), women will start being actually oppressed.

And as we've seen, even if one generation does assimilate (different races were getting along fairly well 15-20 years ago), as soon as the media tells the races to hate each other, they'll start doing it again. Differences keep people apart and make it easy for governments to divide us.
